The Space:
This is everybody's dream apartment! A soothing vibe welcomes you as soon as you enter the living area. Lounge on the huge and comfy sofa while watching the TV or hang out by the balcony and be mesmerized by the beauty of the Dubai Marina!

Enjoy your meals in the comfy dining area that seats four. Cook your food at the fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, cookware, kettle, and others. The kitchen has all the appliances you'll need for cooking.

Queen-sized beds are waiting in both bedrooms. Hotel-quality linens are provided with super comfortable mattresses for a good night's sleep. There are two en-suites and a powder room. Soft towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion are provided for the guests for a more cozy stay.

The Neighborhood:
Dubai Marina is the ideal tourist or business destination. It is one of the premium spots in Dubai where visitors usually frolic in to explore the many places to be in Dubai. This is also known for the JBR Beach, Dubai Marina Mall full of luxury brands, high-end yacht cruises, and even amazing nightlife. Aside from this, Dubai Marina is known for being a waterfront community that attracts a lot of people who like walking along the marina that is packed with restaurants and cafes.

The man-made marina is a home for various activities that visitors can enjoy like skydiving and jet-skiing. Dubai Marina is full of entertainment, dining choices, and leisure facilities.

With many choices that the Dubai Marina lay on the table for you to enjoy, you will find that living here for a vacation is such a breath of fresh air.

Getting Around:
The parking is available if you have your own ride. Taxis, on the other hand, are parked just downstairs to take you anywhere in Dubai. Uber and Careem are also options for hailing a taxi.

If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Dubai through a bus, water bus, tram, or train, there is a nearby bus stop where Bus 8 goes to Ibn Battuta Metro Station (outside Ibn Battuta Mall), Dubai Media City, Dubai Internet City, Burj Al Arab Hotel, Wild Wadi, and many more. Bus 84, on the other hand, goes to Jumeirah Beach Residence, Tecom, Al Barsha, and others. While Bus N55 goes to the World Centre Hotel, Dubai Country Club, International City, among many others.

The Marina Walk water bus station is only a 7-minute walk. The routes include Marina Mall, Dubai Marina, and Marina Promenade.

The Marina Towers tram station is a few minutes away. You can get on this one if you want to go around JBR, Knowledge Village, Media City, Marina Mall, and more. This also connects to a metro station if you like to go around Dubai on your own (Dubai Mall or Mall of Emirates).

Other Things to Note:
House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism (DET).
