Lovely 4 bedroom 2 bathroom luxury home only minutes from Hawks Nest golf club, shops, restaurants, river and beach. Beautifully furnished throughout - features include big screen TV, comfortable sofas, dining for 6-8, second family room with TV upstairs, main bedroom with ensuite, quality kitchen appliances, washer and dryer, large outdoor area with outdoor setting and barbecue, fully fenced secure yard, this property has ducted airconditioning throughout Sleeps 8 (2 queens, 2 singles and 1 set of single bunk beds) WIFI available *strictly no pets*
*Guest need to supply their own linen (sheets & towels). There are blankets doonas and pillows at the property. Linen can be hired from Tea Gardens Laundromat 49971422.
We do not accept school leaver groups or party groups.
The number of occupants must not exceed the number of persons that the property sleeps. No bookings will be made to persons under 25 years of age, identity checks are carried out upon arrival.
We require all guest to complete a Hawks Nest Beach Realty guest registration form before arrival.
