The property is stunning, great facilities and a beautiful swimming pool and garden.
Sri Lanka is a stunning country, our stay was made even better by the attention to detail from the staff at Hikkaduwa resort. Nothing seemed too much trouble, they were friendly and everything ran seamlessly. Because of this we had a relaxing worry free holiday where we were able to have a good mix between sight seeing and relaxation.
I can honestly say that I have never been anywhere before where I have been made to feel so welcome by local people.
We were able to employ a cook (a local woman) who cooked us some stunning traditional curries and local dishes, she also showed us the best local markets to shop in.
Visits included Yala to see the wild life, the inland lagoons, Kandy, the Tsunami museum and the rainforest.
A fantastic stay in a place to be recommended.

Lovely villa with a nice pool.
The villa we stayed in was very homely. I don't think the photos we saw beforehand did it justice. There was construction going on while we were there but it was fine. It was a little warm in the communal area and there was no AC there, there was only AC in the bedrooms.
I would recommend staying in this villa. It was the perfect distance from the town so it was quite but still close enough to walk.

Many thanks for your lovely feedback. Yes we had small construction work at the boundry wall and with your permission we have done that with no disturbance.
Now all of those works have been completed villa is waiting to welcome you back.
