Renters can alternatively choose a membership transfer to the Members Club at Marco, which includes: golf privileges at Rookery and Hammock Bay courses, member clubhouse with tennis and bocce courts, active social calendar, JW Marriott resort benefits including beach and pool service, complimentary valet, and dining & spa discounts ($750 transfer fee).
ASSOCIATION APPLICATION/FEE: An application and/or background check may be required for rentals within the community. This may incur processing fees not included in the rental reservation.
2026 SEASON BOOKING DETAILS: A 3 month minimum may be required - a two month rental may be considered with bookings for January and February OR March and April.
