Close to the city center of Orange (15 minutes on foot), the countryside, the golf, this fully renovated farmhouse, offering calm and refinement, will be the ideal place to combine a relaxed lifestyle and discovery of the many tourist sites of this splendid region.
Located on the first floor of the farmhouse, our 'authentic' accommodation has a traditional and elegant decoration. It has a spacious living room of about 30 m2 with tv, and bz (double bed), a fully equipped kitchen, separate wc, a 1st bedroom with a 160 cm bed for two people. and its bathroom with Italian shower and sink, a 2nd bedroom with air conditioning, (separated by a small corridor) with a bed for two people. in 160 cm and a bed for one pers. , a bathroom with sink, shower and wc. It has a terrace with garden furniture and deckchairs, overlooking the garden and the swimming pool.
You will have a large garden with trees and flowers, shaded areas, pergola, barbecue, fountain, lots of charm, private parking, and you can rest and enjoy the sun by the 12m x 6m swimming pool m.
Possibility of folding extra beds and baby equipment. Electric heating, sheets, towels and tea towels provided, washing machine, hairdryer, iron and ironing board available, wifi connection, animals allowed under certain conditions.

Wonderful Apartment in paradise Garden

Stylish apartment, all equiment was working. Perfect for two couples, bedrooms well separated. Beautiful clean pool, still open begin October so we could go swimming. Quiet environment. Parking on the property, at night closed with gate. Annick was very helpful, good advices. Good place to see Theatre of Orange, the Mont Ventoux, la gorge d'Ardèche, cave Chauvet2 (!), Avignon, the ruin of le chateau du pape in Chateauneuf-du-Pape and the extremy stony wineyards there. Don't miss Biscuiterie de Provence

Très beau gîte bien situé Très bon accueil

Pour la 3ème fois, je suis retournée dans ce mas et j'ai à nouveau apprécié l'accueil de Mme RETZINGER. Les gites sont d'une propreté impeccable et l'hôtesse est là pour répondre à toutes nos questions. Gîtes très bien situés pour découvrir la Provence : Avignon et ses environs - Rustrel - Ventoux et également les Gorges de l'Ardèche.

Mas provencal au top!

Ce mas provencal est idéalement situé et permet de belles découvertes. La région vaut vraiment la peine d'être visitée. L'endroit est parfaitement entretenu, décoré et aménagé laissant à chacun la possibilité de garder son intimité mais aussi de faire de chouettes rencontres autour de la piscine et du barbecue. L'accueil est convivial. Les propriétaires sont très chaleureux et de bons conseils mais ils savent aussi se montrer discret et respectueux des envies des vacanciers. Lieu à découvrir absolument et où il est vraiment bon de séjourner pour des vacances paisibles.

Convivialité et discrétion

Un vrai bonheur de se retrouver dans ce gîte où tout est fait pour se sentir bien. L'espace est idéal, la piscine agréable, le gîte spacieux et paisible. La provence nous a toujours attiré mais depuis cette belle découverte, c'est sans se poser de questions que l'on y retourne car on sait qu'on y sera bien. Les propriétaires sont discrets et présents si besoin, ils donnent plein de petites infos sur la région et ont toujours de petites attentions en cours de séjour. Brigitte POMES, Belgique.

Très bon séjour!

Charmante propriété, idéalement située non loin du centre ville tout en étant au calme. La location ainsi que la décoration sont à la fois soignées et raffinées et en tout point égale aux photos. La région regorge de merveilles à visiter (Gordes, Roussillon...) n'hésitez pas à demander conseil auprès de la propriétaire. Nous avons également apprécié les petits gestes (lessive lavée et pendue, les jus d'abricot, le gâteau maison..) Bref, des vacances riches à renouveler!!!

gîte de charme très bien situé

Très agréable séjour. la propriétaire. est discrète, à l’écoute et prête à faire plaisir. Le gîte est spacieux , très propre et décoré avec goût, le jardin est très agréable et la piscine un vrai régal. La région est magnifique et la situation permet de rayonner jusqu’à la mer sans difficulté. Vraiment un très bon rapport qualité/prix. Je vous le conseille Merci pour toutes ses petites attentions. la famille FLEURY
