We had a relaxing and comfortable stay! The place was peaceful and had everything we needed to unwind. One of the unexpected perks was having a Dollar General right at the entrance of the neighborhood — super convenient for any last-minute items. We also loved that tubing and the concert venue were just 5 minutes away, which made our trip even better. Overall, a great location and a stress-free stay!

Darla is an exceptional host! This was the most dog friendly location I have ever stayed at! We loved the house, it was the perfect size for the 2 of us & our 2 small fur babies. The house was very clean. We really enjoyed the fenced in porch. We will definitely be back here every chance we get!

This was our second trip me and we will be back. The location and price can’t be beat. The back yard is great if you bring your pup along. If you get a chance go by Pier Sushi and Muck & Fuss and eat the food is amazing

We enjoyed our stay a lot. I would say it’s more for people that enjoy a rustic atmosphere. The bed was clean and that’s what makes it or breaks it for me. It was close to the lake and there was very adequate parking available. I especially liked that it was pet friendly.

We had a wonderful time in Canyon Lake. The property owner was very helpful during an unusual ice storm in February. She communicated with us during the entire storm making sure we had everything we needed. Do not hesitate staying in one of her properties.

Great place and the price was right

Perfect little spot to stay right between Austin and San Antonio! Convenient to a couple stores and quiet. Looked exactly as it did in the photos! The property manager was easy to get in touch with and really nice. I enjoyed my stay. If you have small children with you or have them plan to visit it has a great little yard and swing but beware the nextdoor neighbors dogs, they DO NOT like kids and the fence is not very high.

Cute little house

Had a good stay except the fence on the sides of the house are not a privacy fence, so the neighbors dogs barked at us a lot and I had to walk my big dogs. It’s a little smaller than I thought it was but we made it work. The host (Darla) was wonderful responded quickly every time I messaged her.

Enjoyed the cottage comfort. Had a washer & dryer to wash to clothes while on vacation. Patio great to hang out on and talk after eating BBQ off the grill. Definitely recommend .
