Mammoth Estates is located in the heart of it all, walking distance to the Village at Mammoth, in a quaint and quiet forest mountain setting. This 4 bedroom and 3 bath property nestled among the trees features a beautifully decorated cabin feel condo with FAU heating, granite and travertine counters and bathrooms. This unit sleeps a maximum of 10 people, is non-smoking and pets are not permitted. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Our calendar is updated in real time.The Mammoth Estates community offers excellent amenities with year-round covered hot tubs, an outdoor pool (Summer only), and a recreation room that will entertain the kids for days featuring pool table, ping pong table, games and more. Comfortable and great locaiton.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect location near the Village and right on the shuttle route to Canyon Lodge. Comfortable and plenty of space for a large family or group.

Needs major maintenance
Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our third time renting in Mammoth Estates. Sadly, the unit we rented this time had no heat due to the fireplace not working and we could only use one shower due to the upstairs shower leaking into the downstairs bathroom light fixture. These were our two biggest problems. We immediately contacted the rental company regarding the fireplace, which heats the unit, as not working. Someone came that evening, but said he would return the next day to fix it. Someone came, but again was not able to fix it. They brought us three space heaters for a four bedroom house two days later. We then discovered the shower issue and were told we would only be able to use one shower for 9 people. We ended up leaving a day early because the house was too cold. We placed several calls to them and wrote several emails documenting all of the issues. They refunded a very small portion of our stay, which isn't enough. We paid high season prices for a condo that should have never been rented to begin with. The community spa was also out of order, that’s an easier problem to manage.

Wonderful Stay for Mammoth Mountain Riders

These items need attention: Dishwasher door gasket needs to be replaced, dvd player in main room nonoperational, fireplace/heater would not operate properly.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay in unit 119. The two sets of bunk beds were fun for the kids and made plenty of space for everyone. The pots and pans could use some upgrading and the utensil holder of the dishwasher was broken. Other than that it was a lovely stay with a great location close to the village. The community center was a great place to congregate and play ping pong and pool. The hot tub was large with lot of room for many people
