Mammoth Estates is located in the heart of it all, walking distance to the Village at Mammoth, in a quaint and quiet forest mountain setting. This two-bedroom, 2- bath property features a remodeled mountain modern design, views of the Gondola and forest, tile in-floor heating, and granite counters. This unit sleeps a maximum of 7 people, is non-smoking and pets are not permitted. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Our calendar is updated in real time. Great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo is located within a stones throw to the village. Very convenient. The space worked well for our family of 4. The only thing was that the floors were quite dirty and the there was trash behind the kids bed and toilets.

Pictures are a bit deceiving. Main room isn’t as long as picture shows. Master room, king bed has a huge dip in the middle. Uncomfortable. Wi-Fi went out for hours at a time. Hard to watch movies with family. Fridge did not get cold enough. Beverages were not cold and food spoiled. Great location and overall three stars.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The hot tub was disgustingly dirty. The double beds have a 175 lb weight limit making it inappropriate for adults. Condo really only sleeps 5.
