My home is located on a lovely tree lined street.
Just around the corner you will find cafes as well as local eateries & food carts.
The beautiful Caribbean is just a few blocks away & in between the beach & Casa Abuelita are more restaurants, ice-cream shops, nightlife & the famous 5th Avenue!
Mayan Ruins & Cenotes are within 30 minutes.

What makes this property unique
The neighborhood is my favorite thing about this area ! The location is great. A lot of other neighborhoods are all concrete and no trees and very hot, but this street is beautiful with trees and foliage. It is a very comfortable home and has lots of outdoor sitting areas. the kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. Microwave, toaster, a toaster oven double size, stove with oven, coffee maker, blender, crock pot, fresh purified ice and water for your stay, large refrigerator, pots and pans, utensils, coffee and teas included and a lot of nice spices.
