    Did not honor our confirmed reservation

    We arrived at check-in time. We showed the attendant our online confirmed reservation. She very politely told us that she no record from VRBO of our reservation and the placed was already fully booked. We did however get a prompt refund. The exterior of the building was a bit shabby and the location wad poor, not at close to the main tourist attractions, so maybe being denied our room was a blessing in disguise.
