The perfect location right in the middle of all the hustle and bustle but the windows are double-glazed so the apartment itself is nice and quiet.
Tastefully furnished with brand new modern furniture this apartment is light and bright and offers everything you need for a down south getaway.
The apartment makes for a fantastic base for 2 couples with two bathrooms. There is a queen bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a king bedroom with the second bathroom just outside in the hall.
The galley style kitchen is modern and has views up Fearn Avenue. There are two comfy couches in the living area with large TV on the wall, flanked with windows showing off the urban view. There is a great little balcony with outdoor couch for you and view across town.

Extra fees:
Cleaning Fee: While we charge a cleaning fee, we still expect our guests to leave the house in a neat & tidy condition on departure and follow our check-out instructions including washing all dishes and removing rubbish to outside bins etc.

Property Fee: Please note that the property fee is the Cleaning & linen fee, it says 'pay at property' however this amount will be charged to you when the amount is taken for your booking. We offer self check-in accommodation and do not have facilities where we can take payment at the property.
