This absolutely wonderful property is just like a spread in Coastal Living Magazine. It is perfect for a large family with the 6 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. Every room in the house is decorated in Cape Cod style decor and nothing was forgotten. There is a formal fireplaced living room, the gas fireplaced family room has a large 52” flat screen TV, fabulous chef's kitchen with a wolf gas stove and top of the line appliances. 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor along with 2 full baths. The second floor has 2 additional bedrooms and a sitting area with a 46” flat screen TV plus a newly renovated bath with a rain shower. There is also a fully finished lower level with wonderful travertine tiles on the floor, custom bar with fridge and 70” flatscreen TV with new built-ins and a fireplace (photo coming soon), an additional bedroom that looks out to the pool along with a pool table, ping pong table , foosball table, large sectional sofa with large flat screen TV and DVD so the kids can watch while the adults play pool. The lower level also has french doors that open to the pool area and an additional full bath.

The furnishings are mostly Pottery Barn, local Cape boutiques and European country antiques. A deck with a large table to sit and eat at while looking over the pool. Down below by the pool is a very large wood Pottery Barn table with and umbrella. There is an ultimate Weber gas grill to cook up the steaks on after a long day at the beach. The outdoor living space is spectacular with the in-ground pool (optional heated), newly pavered fire pit area set among the hydrangeas, play-set and sand box, large fenced in yard and space to play volleyball, baseball, football, etc. There is also a screened gazebo with table and chairs for cards or happy hour in the evening away from the bugs. The house comes equipped with everything you will need on your Cape Cod vacation. There are kids toys, pool toys, pool mats, beach chairs, a large cooler, kids activities, and adult books and games. There is also Wi-Fi, Cable TV, DVD player and 5 large flat screen TVs in different areas of the house. The house is located about 1 1/4 miles from Breakwater Beach and 1/2 mile to the Brewster General Store. The house is on a private cul de sac with plenty of privacy yet close to everything.
