Located on the beautiful North End of Anna Maria Island, Mermaids & Manatees is the PERFECT vacation home for living your best AMI Life! The home is on Gull Drive and is walking distance to Pine Avenue shopping and restaurants as well as the Rod and Reel Pier.

Slide into your flip flops and head to the Beach at Bean Point-about a 4 block walk…or take a quick stroll over to Bayfront Park. Just remember your swim suit and sunblock-we have all your other beach necessities ready to go!

Our 2 bedroom / 2 full bath home has a full Murphy bed in the sunroom as well as a twin daybed and twin trundle bed. We have room to sleep 6-8 adults comfortably. Relax in the 2 living areas of the home and enjoy reliable WIFIand smart TVs in each room. The kitchen is well-stocked with supplies and includes a Keurig, microwave, toaster, and blender. Professional linens and beach towels are provided, and you have the convenience of a washer/dryer in the home. Also, safety bed rails, a feeding chair, and a pac n play are available for use.

Enjoy the best of outdoor living at the home. Lounge in a rocking chair on the front porch or poolside in the backyard surrounded by tropical landscaping. The heated pool has seating areas to lounge while enjoying the beautiful scenery. There is an outdoor shower for convenience.

Living on a canal has special perks. There is boat docking capability and a launching pad for kayaks. You can also enjoy the peacefulness of sitting on the dock watching the fish jump or trying your hand at fishing.

Mermaids & Manatees is a dog friendly property! If you have added a pet to your reservation under number of pets, the fee of $150 per dog plus tax has been added to your reservation total. ** 2 Dog Limit **

Your booking is with Anna Maria Life Vacation Rentals. We will send you check-in instructions 14 days prior to your arrival date. We will send you our rental agreement in an electronic signature document. Please review and return to us by following the instructions.

Anna Maria Life Vacation Rentals will charge your credit card for your deposit payment. You will also see a separate charge by VRBO for their service fee.

Your final balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival date. We will send you a final payment reminder 90 days prior to arrival. We do not automatically charge your card for your final balance.

The instructions for making your final payment will be included in your final payment reminder.
