The North Shore House is a clean and peaceful cottage, located in the desirable north end of Anna Maria Island, just 250 feet from the white sandy beach that stretches along the Gulf Coast.
This ground level home is providing a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, open floor plan with living room and dining nook. Linen and towels, beach chairs and beach towels are provided for your convenience.
The property features 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, sleeping a maximum of 6 people. Two bedrooms have queen size beds, and one bedroom has 2 twin beds.
A low wooden deck wraps around the side of the house and offers a sunny spot to relax and a fully heated outdoor shower to clean sandy feet and beach chairs.
A small private pool with built-in jacuzzi jets is in the back of the house. The area is screened in to protect from “no-see-ums”, mosquitoes, and other biting insects, especially during hot summer days. The pool can be heated by request.
