Enjoy a leafy view whilst you cook in the kitchen that has full facilities, including a microwave, dishwasher, oven, fridge and freezer.
The kitchen opens onto an open plan dining area which leads into a spacious lounge room. Sit back and watch a movie on the Smart TV (did we mention free WIFI?), seated on the modular sofa or high back studded armchair in a room perfect for unwinding.
The bedroom has a built-in wardrobe and King size bed for a comfortable nights rest on crisp white linen sheets.There is also a separate study nook if you need to use your computer during your time away.
The updated bathroom features more beautiful natural light, marbled tiles, a separate shower and deep soaking tub for some well-deserved RR. There is ample under sink storage for the skincare lover.

Maintenance & Booking Policy Note:
We are committed to providing efficient maintenance services. However, please be aware that we can only attend to maintenance issues during regular work hours. Callouts cannot be confirmed on weekends (Fridays 4 pm - Monday 10 am) and public holidays, as well as outside work hours (after 4:00 pm - before 9 am, Monday-Friday). We understand the importance of prompt repairs and will respond to all requests within 24 hours, arranging tradespeople during work hours.
Our deposit policy requires a 50% payment at the time of booking, and credit card transactions will have a non-refundable fee of 3.5%.
The security bond will only be held through pre-authorization 1-2 days before arrival. Depending on the property's size, this pre-authorization hold will range from $500 to $2,000 and is required 1 day prior to arrival. Selected properties may request guests' IDs for verification.
To avoid credit card fees, guests can opt for bank transfers for payment. Please inform the host in advance if you will use this payment method.
