Beautiful place and location

We enjoyed a few nights relaxing at NSB. This condo is perfectly located near the beach and town. Easy access to the pool and beach. The condo was decorated perfectly and had plenty of nice furniture, kitchen utensils, and beach toys. I would love to return back to it soon!

Baseball weekend

We had the most amazing stay for a quick weekend getaway. Just two moms and their teenage boys who got to escape to the beach in between baseball games. The condo is beautifully renovated and decorated. I definitely want to come back again.

Perfect vacation

Two adults and three children had a great time. The toys in the closet were a big hit. Mostly used the pool and the beach for our time there. Good food when we did go out.

Such a great place to stay with family! Everything was easy! Check-in, check-out, parking, communication ; it was all great! We are already talking about coming back, and we just left. Fantastic Beach Condo Getaway

Our stay at this 2-bedroom, 2-bath beach condo was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we walked in, we were struck by how clean and homey it felt. It's clear the owners have put a lot of thought into making it a welcoming space.The condo was fully updated throughout, with all the amenities we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was extremely nice, making meal prep a breeze, and we especially appreciated the King bed in the master bedroom – it was so comfortable after long days on the beach.A huge bonus for our family was the bunk beds in the kids' room; our children absolutely loved them! It added an extra element of fun to their stay.The location was perfect, and having a clean, well-equipped, and updated space truly made our vacation relaxing and enjoyable. We highly recommend this condo for anyone looking for a fantastic beach escape

Nice getaway, dirty floors

Getting into the room was easy and the stay was great, perfect weather, restaurants and bars just a short drive. When we arrived floors were dirty in dining area and living room. Upon checkout said we took a door off its hinges in bathroom, my 80 year old in laws were in that room, no pictures were sent when requested.

Great place only one issue

Access to the beach was a problem due to sea wall still being worked on. We had to carry all our chairs and coolers down steps that wasn’t easy! Surprised there was at least a ramp. Other than that we had a great stay room was clean and nice.

It was under construction. The pools were disgusting. Literally brown from sand. We actually left after the first night and got a different condo it was so bad. Do. NOT. Stay. Here.

Easy in, easy out

This condo was so convenient to the pools and beach. We so enjoyed not having to mess with stairs or an elevator. Very clean and maintained. Updated with all the conveniences of home.

New Years vacation

We had a wonderful time. Property was perfect. The only negative thing is that we had to pay $1.50 a load for laundry and on top of that we had to wash all towels and blankets because house keeping will only do a total of two loads of laundry. If it is exceeded the charge is $20! From now on I’ll choose a property with its own washer and dryer in the unit. Why should I be doing laundry on my vacation?!?! Anyway , everything else was wonderful.

We loved staying at this condo. It is perfect in that the patio looks out into the pool and it’s just steps from the beach. We love how every time we stay this condo gets updated either with new furniture or new upgrades. We like to go to Disney for the day and it only takes 1 hr and 20 minutes to get there from the condo. This condo is nicely decorated and made us feel right at home. We have wonderful memories in New Smyrna and can’t wait to book next year! The master bedroom has a new King Size bed! That is a must!

Perfect Get-Away!

This condo was amazing & awesome, for many reasons!! First, it is a fantastic size, floor plan, super clean & very nicely decorated! The kitchen was fully equipped, with everything you could possibly need! The location is absolutely perfec in every way! ! You literally walk out the sliding door to a wonderful pool & a few more steps, your toes are in the sand & you are on the beach, looking at the beautiful ocean! It is also very conveniently located to everything you could pissibly need, laundromat, grocery store, & every kind of restaurant you could possibly imagine. There are many excellent ones, ranging from inexpensive & casual, to more elegant &. a bit more expensive. Just depends on your mood, as to which one you want to try. You will not be disappointed if you choose this condo!!!
