Bright apartment located on the second and last floor of a small condominium with a beautiful view of the bay of Cap Coz and direct access to the beach, including:
 an equipped kitchen overlooking the living room, a bathroom with bath and wc. Upstairs, a mezzanine bedroom with countryside view with 1 double bed (140 x 190) and 1 single bed. Recently renovated accommodation, all comfort.
A deposit of 200 euros will be requested upon arrival.

Top of the buildings need to be relatively fit. Property is a bit dated but has everything except wifi, which is generally provided these days. View of the bay is stunning and the restaurant below is very good value. General area well known to us and beautiful. Plenty to do and see.

Agréables vacances en début de saison !Magnifique sortie en mer sur "Le Corentin" jusqu'à l'archipel des "Glénans" ! Equipage très pro et très sympathique !Petite marche très agréable et dépaysante sur l'une des splendides îles de l'archipel !

Les pieds dans l’eau comme le restaurant! Super!

Fonctionnel et vue superbe sur la mer. Sentiers côtiers de part et d’autre, vraiment belle location. L’accès aux chambres se fait par un escalier de meunier donc à tenir en considération pour les personnes moins mobiles. Sinon, très bonne communication avec Madame Leroux pour à l’entrée et le départ des lieux.

Sehr gute Lage für Wasserratten, traumhafter Ausblick!

Besonderes Merkmal der Fewo ist ihre Lage direkt am Strand. Sie ist praktisch, sauber und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ältere Personen müssen wissen, dass das Schlafzimmer über eine enge, steile Treppe erreichbar ist. Einziger geruchlicher und akustischer Nachteil ist die Lüftung der unten im Haus befindlichen Restaurantküche. Darauf muss man sich einstellen. Insgesamt kann man dort einen sehr abwechslungsreichen und erholsamen Urlaub verbringen.

Herrlicher Ausblick

tolle Lage am Strand von Cap Coz. Stundenlang kann man aufs Meer schauen und ist von der Wohnung aus in einer Minute im Wasser.

Appartement idéalement situé sur la plage de Cap Coz, bien équipé, spacieux pour 2 pers (plus grand que sur les photos). Les chambres à l'étage sont agréables et bien ventilées par des vélux, nous n'avons pas ressenti la chaleur en cet été 2018. Accueil très agréable de la propriétaire, merci pour les petites attentions à l'arrivée ! Nous n'avons subi aucune nuisance sonore du restaurant au RDC (ce que nous craignions), quelques bruits toutefois en provenance des voisins directs en fin de séjour. A noter, il faut prendre l'auto pour aller au centre de Fouesnant ou prévoir de bonnes baskets (!) pour trouver magasins d'alimentation, presse, cave, épicerie fine ou autre. Sentier côtier au départ de Cap Coz (GR34) jusque Beg Meil, superbe ! A Beg Meil, navettes pour Concarneau ou visite des Iles Glénan. Il est assez facile de se garer à proximité de l'appartement, en dehors toutefois des heures d'affluence de la plage. L'eau est superbe et limpide (plage sans tabac, respecté ou non), quelques restaurants en bord de mer, mais aussi dans le centre du bourg. Belle découverte !

Magique et magnifique

Un accueil superbe, un très belle vue sur la mer, le temps était au rendez-vous et le coin est magnifique, Fouesnant mérite son surnom de petites Caraïbes. Je reviendrai très certainement.

L'appartement est conforme aux photos il est bien.une belle vue sur la plage pas besoin de prendre la voiture pour fqure un petit plongeon.par contre pas très bien insonorisé on entend les voisins mais bon pour 1 semaine ça passe.on a passé de bonnes vacances la région est tres jolie et il a fait beau.
