Welcome to Treetops Escape

Treetops Escape is a beautiful, spacious four bedroom, two bathroom family home nestled in the popular Monument Hill area of Albury. Just a short 2 minute drive from Albury CBD. It offers the perfect balance of convenience, nature and peaceful surroundings.

With nature right on your doorstep, you can explore the fantastic bushwalking tracks, hop on your mountain bike for some adventure or simply sit back and relax while taking in the gorgeous views across town, listening to the beautiful variety of parrots.

Treetops Escape is a wonderful place to slow down, reconnect with family and friends and enjoy a relaxing break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

A Home Full of Character

You’ll be charmed by Treetops Escape’s country feel, with beautiful Murray pine floors and soaring 12-foot ceilings. The home also features a generous outdoor entertaining area, making it a lovely place to gather, enjoy a BBQ or simply relax together.

With four bedrooms and plenty of space, the home can comfortably accommodate groups of up to 10 guests, making it ideal for families, extended families or friends travelling together.

Bedrooms

There are four bedrooms, with three located upstairs and one downstairs.

Bedroom 1: Queen bed and walk-in robe

Bedroom 2: Queen bed and built-in robe

Bedroom 3: Queen bed and built-in robe

Bedroom 4 – (downstairs) Queen bed and two single beds. This room is ideal as a teenagers’ retreat or for a second family travelling together.

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a dishwasher, 900mm induction stovetop and oven, refrigerator, coffee machine and microwave.

Living Room

The comfortable living room is a lovely place to unwind after a day of exploring. Relax on the couches, catch up with family and friends or enjoy some downtime watching TV.

Bathrooms

The main bathroom includes a bath, shower, vanity and toilet.

The second bathroom has a shower, toilet and vanity and is conveniently shared with the laundry.

Laundry

The laundry is equipped with a washing machine, airer, iron and ironing board. There is also an outdoor clothesline.

Gardens & Outdoor Area

The beautiful gardens offer plenty of room for kids and pets to roam and explore. With several undercover dining areas and a spacious alfresco area with BBQ, there’s a wonderful choice of spaces to enjoy a meal, relax and spend time together outdoors.

For the Kids

There is a selection of children’s toys, books and board games to help keep our younger guests entertained. These can be found beneath the TV unit.

Heating & Cooling

Enjoy year-round comfort with ducted evaporative cooling and heating throughout the property.

Excellent for a family holiday

We had a 3 generation catch-up at "Treetops escape" and it was an ideal holiday home for this purpose. Enough space for everyone to be together at meal times, but also for people to retreat to quiet areas both indoor and outside when required. Kitchen was fully equipped which was great. Really enjoyed our 3 night stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time there Would definitely recommend. Two minor things; A 2pm check in would have been appreciated Also the booking page says no pets but there were doggy waste bags and instructions and a great dog area ,not a problem just an anomaly that could clarified.

It was a nice home surrounded by nature. But dirty though, we found dead cockroaches in wardrobes and on the bedroom floor and their excrement. Didnt use the wardrobes for that reason. Other than that it was a good family stay, it was cheaper to stay than other places but i would rather have paid an extra 50 to get the cleanliness.
