Location-Location-Location! Ski in and out of this executive spacious 3 story ski chalet located at the base of Christmas Bowl and the Chute ski runs. Open plan main living area with hardwood floors plus post and beam ceilings. It includes a fireplace, leather furniture and a large harvest table suitable for entertaining. There's 4 Bedrooms that can sleep 11 guests. Enjoy a soak in your private hot tub after a glorious day on the slopes. It doesn't get much better.

This is a perfectly positioned home on Silver Star for ski-in / ski-out to the gondola, and also walkable to the village. The layout worked well for our family (noting two of the upstairs bedrooms share a jack-and-jill bathroom). The owners provided all the necessary information, were responsive to enquiries, and offered additional dates (which unfortunately we were unable to use). We would definitely stay here again.

Great house in a great location

We had a wonderful stay at Arnica Lodge. The location (and spacious garage) were excellent for mountain biking -- you can actually return to the house directly from the Downtown MTB trail. Hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. The house itself is excellent -- great kitchen, nice bedrooms and bathrooms, and a very pleasant hot tub. Having two separate hangout areas is great for groups with children. Absolutely would stay here again!

This place was perfect for our family of 10. Lots of room for everyone. The ski in and out was exceptional. Tanis was a great host.

Spring Skiing Success

The Arnica lodge was the perfect ski in ski out location for our spring skiing week. Kyle and Tanis was very quick to respond. The house was clean and well stocked. The hot tub was cleaned 5 days out of 7. We enjoyed the slopes and ease of the chalet. We miss a wood fireplace, but otherwise the place was perfect for the 6 of us.

Excellent well equipped home with great ski in / ski out

The home exceeded our expectations. A beautiful home that is super well equipped to support our cooking and comfort needs. The spacious layout across 3 floors gave everyone room and space. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook up some home meals. BBQ was great. Hot tub was conveniently located right out the second floor. You can see the gondola running through a gap in the trees looking out the back windows up Turnaround ski run. We walked 3 houses down to jump onto a trail connecting to Chalet Ally. We typically took Christmas Bowl to get back to the house. Ski in / Ski out access was really easy with a super short trip straight to the gondola. The garage has a ski rack and the boot-room at the front is really convenient. Plenty of towels, a boots dryer and other amenities to make things comfortable. Hosts we responsive to communicate with and provided all required information. Silver Star Mountain was a beauty. We enjoyed the diversity of the terrain and had amazing powder to play in. Lifts moved everyone quickly and it did not feel crowded. Everyone found something for their skill level from our 6 year old daughter to 71 year old grandpa. We can’t say enough about our amazing trip and stay. Truly wonderful. Will be considering a return visit!
