The Space:
This space is a stylish and comfortable place to call your home away from home.
The living area combines stylish interior decor with lovely finishing touches to create a beautiful place to stay. You can relax on the cosy L shaped sofa while hanging out with guests too.
In the kitchen, you will find all the modern appliances you need to cook a scrumptious meal that you can serve to friends or family sat around the dining table that seats six.
The master bedroom has a super comfortable queen size bed. The second bedroom has a cosy double size sofa bed or could be used as a study area. Both covered with fresh hotel-quality linens. There’s also ample storage and wardrobe space so you can fully unpack and settle in.
You can freshen up in the well-appointed bathroom fitted with heating lights and a large rain shower. Towels and toiletries will be provided.
And lastly, is the lovely spacious outdoor patio area adjoining the main bedroom and lounge room. It has a tranquil garden with two private, undercover seating areas including alfresco dining, perfect for relaxin with your tasty drinks.
PLEASE NOTE: The 2nd bedroom could be used as a sofa bed and study but space is limited and the door is unable to close if you have the sofa bed set up.
Guest Access:
You will have full private access to the property for the duration of your stay.
The Neighborhood:
Shenton Park is in close proximity to not only the city, beaches and Swan River, but also the shopping precincts of Claremont, Subiaco, UWA and Perth’s leading hospitals. One of Perth’s most desirable suburbs with many of the original workers’ cottages maintained from the 1800’s. Shenton Park is a leafy, green, vibrant neighbourhood, only ten minutes to the CBD and beaches alike.
The villa is on a quiet street, but is within a few minutes walk to shops, cafes, restaurants a hospital and multiple parks.
Getting Around:
Plenty of bus stops - less than a 3 minute walk away that take you straight to Perth's CBD or anywhere you want to go! The Shenton Park train station is also nearby, making it even easier to get around.

We kindly request that you read the house rules prior to booking and respect them during your stay. Parties or events of any kind will not be tolerated.
