Situated right on the Brisbane River, this lovely, spacious apartment has recently been renovated and features three large bedrooms, two bathrooms, a laundry, two balconies, and an open-plan kitchen, dining, study, and living area. It’s beautifully appointed with quality, contemporary furniture and modern appliances throughout.
The main balcony overlooks the Brisbane River and swimming pool, allowing you to keep an eye on children while they play. It’s equipped with a Weber BBQ/grill and outdoor seating — perfect for a relaxing breakfast or evening wine while enjoying the view.
Free high-speed Wi-Fi and Netflix are available on both large flat-screen TVs, and your year-round comfort is assured with ducted reverse-cycle air conditioning and ceiling fans in all bedrooms.
The apartment complex offers fantastic facilities, including a swimming pool, gym and lift/elevator. A complimentary secured parking bay is provided, with additional street parking available nearby on a first-come, first-served basis.
For families with young children, we can provide a cot/crib, highchair, and plastic plates, bowls, and cups — free of charge. This apartment comfortably accommodates up to six adults, two children, and an infant/toddler in a cot.
Nestled in the prestigious Kangaroo Point Peninsula, the complex sits directly on the scenic boardwalk, providing easy walking access to Captain Burke Parklands, the Story Bridge Hotel, Brisbane Jazz Club, and the Dockside precinct with its cafés, restaurants, patisserie, and shops. You’ll experience the friendly, village-like atmosphere of the peninsula while being close to everything Brisbane has to offer. Transport is a breeze, with ferry terminals, buses, and simple access to the Clem Jones Tunnel and Story Bridge.
Other things to note:
The onsite manager and residents in this building do not tolerate loud noise. Guests are strictly prohibited from having parties, functions, or large gatherings in the apartment or within the building grounds. If this occurs, guests will be evicted without refund.
There are security cameras in and around the building (including parking areas, entrances and hallways) for the safety of residents and guests — but rest assured, there are no cameras inside the apartment.
The building is currently having routine exterior painting to keep it looking fresh and well-maintained. Work is done in sections, so you may notice scaffolding in some areas at times. but access to the apartment, balconies, and facilities remains clear and safe. Work usually occurs during weekday business hours and has minimal impact on guests. No painting work during Christmas period 20 Dec to 4 Jan. Our current rate has been adjusted to reflect this - making it a great opportunity to enjoy a beautiful riverfront apartment at excellent value.
