About this property

A Unique, Peaceful & Totally Comfy bohemian eco style tiny home on pretty and lush acreage just out of town. Great to get away from it all with everything you need for a wonderful holiday. All weather expansive undercover outdoor area, eat in kitchen with good sized fridge, dishwasher, 4 burner stove top, wood fire that warms the entire place rapidly (wood & kindling provided), comfy living room with TV, lamps and books, bedroom with pillow top bed, 4 pillows, doonas, quality cotton linens, extra blankets if needed, and external ensuite with amazing hot shower with great pressure, handbasin and toilet. Also towels, bathmats and washers provided, shampoo, conditioner, soaps & loo paper all included. This is a unique experience.

The Beau Van is a very charming and unique 1976 classic large caravan that has been lovingly refurbed with a very comfortable and unique feel set on a private part of the property.

Outside chairs with small fire drum (wood provided) plus outdoor day beds under the expansive all weather area with coffee table.

There is an amazing view of the night sky with all the mod cons you could need. Organic garden and orchard surrounds.

***We have provisions for pets but please message your inquiry first to ensure your pet is suitable for our property. Arriving with a pet that hasn't been approved may result in a cancellation***

Different, delightful

Enjoyed the quiet, the alternative accommodation. Michelle made us very welcome - many unexpected but very welcome extra touches. Hope to return.

Sharing my lovely place near the mountains with other respectful people who are looking for some peace and quiet in the country is so joyful for me. I am an avid gardener and that can be seen on the property. I have loved renovating the Beau Van for others to enjoy.

Why they chose this property

This is a lovely grassy acreage with wonderful established trees where the most beautiful birds live. Just out of town and it has a lovely rural field with a creek at the bottom of the garden and spacious gardens to wonder around, and the convenience of the town nearby. Just off the road to the mountains. Summer or winter this place has it all if you re are peaceful, unique and relaxing.

What makes this property unique

It is a private acreage and the van has been positioned in a reasonably secluded part of the garden with it's own entrance. You will love lying on the lawn listening to the birds, or sitting in the all weather area with the blinds up or down, or sitting in the hanging chairs by the fire pit or enjoying the hot tub whilst looking up at the amazing night sky above you. This is a unique experience with a twist of holiday fun. The Beau Van is a fun must do experience.
