Lovely property in great location

We have rented many holiday properties over the years and this ranks as one of the very best . We loved the 2 terraces both with excellent views and although close to the beach, the port and Calvi centre it was so peaceful .It is very comfortable & well equipped .I can't recommend highly enough .

A very comfortable flat, a helpful host, when questions, everything was perfect!!! Great location in direkt in Calvi, but wonderful quiet at all. Whenever you come to Calvi, just go there!!!

Sehr liebevoll und persönlich eingerichtete, geräumige Ferienwohnung, perfekt für uns als 5 köpfige Familie. Toller Blick auf die Zitadelle von Calvi von der Dachterasse aus, Sandstrand und Innenstadt nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Netter Empfang und persönlicher Kontakt zum Besitzer. Wir können diese Wohnung wärmstens empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Excellent sejour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Calvi . L’appartement est magnifique , bien situé, bien agencé, bien équipé et très propre. La suite parentale, à l’étage est dotée de sa salle de bain et d’une belle terrasse vue sur la citadelle. En bas, sur la cuisine et la salon , il y a une belle terrasse , très agréable. Enfin, il y a deux chambres avec salle de bain . L’appartement est situé dans une résidence sécurisée à deux pas à pieds de la belle plage de Calvi . Sur cette plage on trouve des paillotes très sympa. Pareillement, le port, les commerces et la citadelle sont accessibles facilement et rapidement à pieds . Eric, notre hôte a été très accessible et arrangeant. Je recommande vivement !

Wir haben unseren 12 tägigen Aufenthalt in der Villa Raffaela sehr genossen. Die Lage ist optimal in Calvi, 3 min zu Fuß zum Strand und Bäckerei. 10 min am Strand entlang zur Altstadt und Zitadelle. Die 2 Terrassen lassen keine Wünsche offen, Sonnenuntergänge, Sterne und Blick zur Zitadelle sind traumhaft. Am Balkon der Küche lässt es sich super essen. Wir waren zu viert als 2 Paare hier untergebracht. Die Raumaufteilung funktionierte super für uns. Die beiden Bädern sind dafür optimal. Für einen Urlaub in Calvi würden wir aufjedenfall wieder herkommen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und Ansprechpartner vor Ort haben sehr gut geklappt, vielen Dank!

Bon emplacement

Appartement très bien situé proche du centre et de la plage à pied nous avons apprécié .Très jolie terrasse en roof top avec jolie vue sur la citadelle . Bonne literie cependant la chambre sous les toits reste chaude même avec le ventilateur et une petite penderie aurait été la bienvenue ainsi qu’un sèche cheveux . Les chambres du bas avec climatisation sont très bien . Bon agencement et jolie décoration . Nous avons passé un excellent séjour

Magnifique apparement idéalement situé

Eine Traumwohnung

Wunderbare Maisonette-Wohnung mit einem schattigen Balkon und einer sonnigen Dachterrasse, geschmackvoll und perfekt eingerichtet. Waren zu viert mit unseren beiden erwachsenen Töchtern dort, alle waren rundum zufrieden. Zum Strand zu Fuß in 3 Minuten, zum Ortskern von Calvi 15 Minuten. Eine ideale Ferienwohnung!

L appartement est situé à quelques minutes à pied de la plage par laquelle on rejoins le port de plaisance et le centre ville. La balade est plaisante. Toutes les commodités sont disponibles à pied depuis l appartement. L appartement est très agréable avec ses 2 terrasses.

Bien situé, calme avec vue montagne et citadelle

Appartement très bien équipé, terrasses très agréables et quasi sans vis à vis,, résidence de standing, 5 min de la plage et 15 min du port à pied, nous avons passé un très bon séjour, représentant local très gentil et disponible.

Super location vaste, bien agencée et très agréable..Situation idéale dans Calvi au calme et proche de tout à pied...Très bon contact avec le propriétaire...la seule difficulté du séjour s'est résumée à : Laquelle des 2 terrasses choisir pour l'apéro 😉 ?

Un très bon séjour !

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine de vacances. L'appartement est agréable, bien décoré. Il est situé dans une belle résidence à 5 mn à pied de la plage et des commerces et à 10 mn de la citadelle. Nous avons profité des deux terrasses. L'une pour nos repas et l'autre pour lire et se détendre avec une vue magnifique sur la citadelle et les montagnes. Une location à recommander vivement.

Une superbe semaine dans un bel appartement. Tout à été agreable pour nous: la résidence, la proximité de la plage, l'appartement et sa déco, les 2 terrasses et la clim dans les 2 chambres du bas !!! Seul bémol: la chambre du haut sans clim...le ventilo ne suffit pas. Un bel endroit à recommander !

Die Wohnung liegt in guter Lage in Fußgehentfernung zum Strand und Stadtzentrum. Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet und hat einen Parkplatz vor der Tür. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gern wieder.

Tres belle prestation, tres confortable et calme, la vue de la terrasse est appréciable surtout le matin au reveil, tout comme la terrasse à l'étage. Bonne literie, l'appartement est tres bien équipé , et bien situé car possibilité de tout faire à pieds (plage, commerces, port...) je recommande cette location sans hesitation

Comme Annoncée et Plus...

Cet appartement était parfait pour notre séjour d'une semaine tout en visitant la Corse du Canada! Propre, moderne, spacieuse, tranquille et bien équipée. L'emplacement est super avec un cinq minutes à pied de la plage et à dix minutes du port et de la Citadelle. Très facile d'accès depuis l'aéroport ou le ferry. Très belles vues de la terrasse supérieure avec la terrasse inférieure étant très bonne pour les repas tranquilles et les verres après le dîner. Le propriétaire, Éric, est très sympathique, accueillant et bien organisé nous fournissant une fiche détaillée d'information sur l'appartement, le quartier, les restaurants locaux et les sites à visiter à proximité. Si l'occasion se présente à nouveau pour une autre visite en Corse, nous reviendrons sans aucun doute à cette location. Nous recommandons vivement cette location! Merci Éric!
