This room comes with 2 different price rates! Available rates include with breakfast or without breakfast.
Breakfast is served between 8:30am-9:00am Let the Innkeeper know before 4pm on the day of your check-in if you desire breakfast. Coffee maker/coffee available in your room as well as a mini refrigerator. Ice upon request.

Best B&B my husband ever stayed in our 40 years of marriage.
My husband and I celebrated our 40 year anniversary at The Live Oaks B&B for 2 nights in the Mustang Room.
The whole facility is much more beautiful than the pictures on the website can express.
The room was very beautiful and comfortable plus the breakfast very delicious and filling.
The owners and staff very accommodating and thoughtful which made our experience there memorable.
I recommend Live Oaks B&B for anyone who wishes a peaceful and serene stay for a day or a few days
