Cottesloe Beach House - Beach front with amazing views and pool

The Cottesloe Beach House is a unique, original 1906 beach house which has been renovated to retain its wonderful beach house charm whilst providing all the comforts of a modern home.

The front of the house is where it all comes together with a summer shaded deck, a stunning plunge pool and daybed, a built in BBQ and outdoor dining table, all with uninterrupted ocean views, and just across the road to a long white sandy beach. It's a place you can relax and watch Cottesloe's glorious sunsets and the amazing views to Rottnest Island.

There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an open plan living/ dining/ kitchen area that boasts uninterrupted views of the Indian Ocean and Rottnest Island. There is reverse cycle air-conditioning (heating/cooling) in the bedrooms and living areas. Bed/ bath linen and beach towels are provided as is shower gel and liquid soap in each bathroom.

The kitchen is modern and includes a 4 burner gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer and a Nespresso coffee machine. The house has a smart TV, DVD, stereo with Bluetooth connection and wireless internet. Laundry facilities include a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Out of respect for the property and our neighbours, parties, functions or social gatherings are not able to be held at the house during your stay. If you are planning to have visitors to the property during your stay, please check with the owner prior to booking the property.

The house is close to the Fremantle train line, shops, Cottesloe’s famous restaurants/bars, and of course just across the road from our wonderful long white sandy beach.

There is plenty of free street parking in front of the house and pets are most welcome, upon request.

Rejuvenating Cottesloe long weekend

Thank you Scott, your property is very comfortable. We had a amazing weekend. The weather was devine, we moved from beach to pool to beach. Lazy summer weekend. Stocked up at the tasty Boatshed. So many towels provided, which was fantastic. Truly special property, maintains the quintessential Cott Beach shack relaxed feel. May this property stay available for short term lease for many years to come!!

Wow! Location is perfect.

Beautiful house and perfect location. 1 minute walk to a quiet, calm and white sandy beach (and 5min walk to a new playground), lovely pool and decking at the front of the house to enjoy the view over to Rotto and picture perfect sunsets every night and close to a train station to Perth/Fremantle. The location really is perfect. The house was also excellent, lots of living space looking over the ocean, fully equipped kitchen (with supplies) and air conditioning of course! Highly recommend staying here for a short or long holiday break..
