Lose yourself in cosy living spaces that open out seamlessly to a multitude of outdoor spaces including the tranquil fishpond courtyard, central entertaining area, glorious swimming pool, sunset balcony and quiet shady nooks where you can just sit and escape.

Our fabulous gourmet kitchen is fully equipped for the most avid chef, with walk in butlers pantry, wine fridge and high quality crockery and glassware to compliment your fine dining experience or simply fire up the outdoor grill to enjoy endless entertaining by the pool.

Upstairs leads to 3 generous double bedrooms with quality linen and plenty of wardrobe space, a spacious bathroom/toilet, separate powder room and casual lounge that opens out to a large balcony where you can sip champagne and watch glorious red sky sunsets.

Downstairs you will find another full bathroom and there is even a dedicated ladies powder room/loo!

Bring your favourite music and connect wirelessly to our cool immersive sound system or just kick back to Netflix in any one of 3 different lounge areas.

The sparkling blue swimming pool is cleverly illuminated for fun filled family evenings on a hot summers night with separate play room for the kids to hang out.

There are even two dishwashers to make light work of a big day.

This private enclave is in a quiet residential location on the North edge of the main Cottesloe strip, just 5 minutes stroll to the waters edge, with bars, waterfront cafes and restaurants all in walking distance.

Getting Around

Whilst you can easily walk to all the best beach side locations nearby, a car is handy for shopping, you can visit Perth City or Fremantle from Grant St train station 10 minutes walk away and it's wise to take Uber available most anytime if you plan a big night out..(drink driving rules are strict)

To get your holiday started, take a short drive to the famous Boat Shed Markets or Swanbourne Village and you will find the best of West Australian food and wines, including Exmouth king prawns, aged beef, tender lamb, fresh produce, french bakery and stunning local and imported wines.

Great family break in Cottesloe
We stayed for a week in this terrific family home in Cottesloe - it had everything we needed. All furnishings and fittings are of a high spec, there’s plenty of space, the host (David) was very welcoming and everything just worked really well. It’s also in a great location, 3 min walk from Daisies coffee shop and 5 min walk to the beach. There’s also plenty of nice restaurants within walking distance.
