-Queen sofabed with luxury latex mattress and commercial grade trampoline base in third bedroom or study.
-Cot available
Secure parking -undercover parking in enclosure at the back of the building.
Two courtyards- front courtyard has garden, paving, table and chairs and new Weber Q barbecue overlooking the ocean. Rear courtyard has table and chairs - perfect for an early morning coffee.
The apartment is furnished with French antiques, vintage and modern pieces. It is light-filled and spacious.

-Free unlimited NBN wifi (installed 01/10/18)
-Reverse cycle air-conditioning in living area and bedrooms
-81cm LCD Television, dvd, etc. in living area
-Small LCD television with inbuilt DVD player in main bedroom.

A regular bus service runs along Eric Street, stopping directly outside the apartment building. Less than 10 minutes walk to Grant Street railway station. Claremont's Bayview Terrace and Cottesloe's Napoleon Street a couple of minutes away by car. Perth city and Fremantle are both 10-15 minutes away by car.
