My mother and I stayed for 5 days and this place is WONDERFUL! Hate to give away the secret but needed the owner to know how we enjoyed the condo... Breathtaking view, quiet, peaceful and lovely inside. Tom was extremely helpful when we had any questions before the stay and during. We hope to return on another mother/daughter trip real soon...

When the Gulls cry

What a beautiful view! My family and I stayed for Easter weekend and enjoyed ourselves very much. The morning seagull run is amazing and the kids loved how vocal and "friendly" they seemed. When the Gulls cry the kids would run to the balcony with huge smiles! Got a lovely sunrise and beach access is amazing. Thanks for having games for all ages!

Worth it for the sunrise view!!

The property had an amazing view!! The balcony overlooks the beach and you can watch the sunrise from the chairs. The decor is adorable too!! The pillows and bed are not the best, but there are lots of small touches to make the place comfortable. You are close to the downtown area where you can visit the seawall and locks. We ate at the Water Street Oyster Bar in town and it was very good!! Also recommend driving to Snoopy’s Pier for sunset on their deck - wow!!!

Beach Getaway Extravaganza

Such a cute, fun, cozy place to stay. The unit is decorated so homey and so organized. Everything you need is there and everything is labeled and easy to find. The view is insane! So pretty, right on the water...we even saw dolphins! You won't be disappointed in this beach charmer. We'll definitely be back! The elevator for the property is a little questionable but other than that the property is very nice...2 pools plus beach access! ⛱ So fun!

The condo itself was lovely. Had everything we would need and then some! Beach toys for kiddos, two coffee makers, all amenities. The view and balcony can not be beat. Enjoyed the sunrise and coffee! Unfortunately the elevator was broken the entire time and the three flights of stairs got to be a bit much. The property pool was green and kind of gross. Neither of these are the owners fault of course. It was a good homebase for us and we did a short drive to a better beach.

End of summer vacay

The actual condo was clean, well appointed with everything you’d need, and cutely decorated. However the overall property was old, not taken care of or kept up. The pools were very dirty and cloudy every day and the one working elevator was questionable every time we used it. For those reasons the best I can give it is a 4-star.

Motel alternative during Conference

I had a weeklong conference at the American Bank Center and decided to bring my husband and 6-year-old son along. We did not want to stay in a hotel all week and found this cute little apartment instead. We were worried about the construction causing delays to the ABC every morning, but it was less than a ten-minute drive. The apartment had everything we needed and then some. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, they even had beach toys available. The U.S.S. Lexington and the Aquarium are withing walking distance; and the pool and beach are very nice so, while I was away during the day, the boys had plenty to do. We will be booking again for next year's conference.

Condo stay

The condo we rented was outdated. Pool and "hot tub" disgusting. Pool/hot tub looks like it's never been cleaned. Hot tub was more like a kiddie Pool. The elevator is old and tiny, ended up broken on our last day. Not cool carrying down luggage three flights of stairs.

Building condition

Having stayed at the property last year (not this unit) we had a great time. This year we weren't told about the elevator not working for awhile and no intent to fix it. Being 69 and 73 4 flights of stairs was too much in the heat and we couldn't go anywhere knowing we would have to come back up. Won't be going again

The condo it self it’s cozy . Very important and comfortable knowing it’s clean . Provides with everything you might need . Very equipped, beach view not for swimming with children. Condo assistant of owner very attentive had great communication very impressed. The building and community resort is under construction and very dirty . The elevators don’t work and if you travel with lots luggage and children be prepare for long stairs . Thank you for keeping the condo its self updated, cozy and clean.

Fantastic room and awesome view. Beach was great and not crowded. ( kinda dirty) Loved our stay.

Lovely stay. Clean and nice room. Difficult to communicate with Evolve. Made early reservations and tried for 2 weeks to change. The message I got was “ due to high volumes of communication we are only answering those with impending check in times”. They finally got back to me after we had been there 3 days!! Not cool. I will be finding another way to reserve this property in the future.

The location was great but it was on 3rd floor and building lift was not working. Owner did not bother to check ( since we were traveling with infant and 5 years kid ). It was sad and VRBO did not even call us . Please don’t visit this place . Some switches were not working. Will never book any of my booking from VRBO . Had this been any other listing sute, I would’ve got a call and plenty of care !!! VRBO sucks so does this owner’s misleading information !

Corpus Christi fun!

Our stay at this beach front Condo was fantastic! The condo was clean and nice. The ocean and beach view was perfect for our family. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and listening to the waves and watching the ocean. It was great to be able to get out in the water and beach just steps from the Condo. The Condo being on the third floor was great as we had no neighbors above us!. We enjoyed going to Port Aransas and riding the ferry, eating at Tortuga's and the beach and direct Gulf Ocean water. We drove down Mustang Island and Padre Island. The Condo is in a great location - just an hour from the USS Lexington (carrier museum) and the Texas State Aquarium. We also enjoyed a drive along Shoreline Drive/Ocean Drive and eating at Landry's Seafood in the Corpus Christi Marina. There is plenty of grocery stores / shopping available in Corpus Christi and a good selection of Gluten/Corn free items in restaurants in the area - a must for our family with food allergies. Having a washer drier in the Condo was great for our large family as we could wash clothes as needed. Overall, this was a great place to stay and a great "base of operations" for our family of 6. Highly recommended!

Lovely View & pristine condo

We always look for the water view and we got the most mesmerizing view. This condo has one of the most amazing views I have ever seen, it’s so close to the water which gives you an extraordinary & peaceful experience. It is an outstanding condo, and it was meticulously clean. Everything was pristine, the kitchen appliances, the living room, the beds, even beach stuff was so clean. The condo was very well stocked, everything you need is there for your vacation. My mother preferred to take the elevator but the rest of us didn’t mind the stairs, especially our children, who just ran down to the beach which was just a few steps from the condo. It has a sofa bed, but the airbed was so comfy that my mother preferred it. My children loved the bunk beds, they fight for the top one. The beach was a little windy but still enjoyable which was clean & peaceful. It was nice to have all day long a warm pool which made it a more memorable vacation. Tom was very responsive; I had few questions before our stay & he always answered in instants. The complex was clean & seems it was just renovated. The location was perfect, it is a gated community & just few minutes from major attractions. Some roads are under construction, but it didn’t take too long to go restaurants & entertainment. We loved our vacation, wishing it could be a little longer. We will hope next time in Copus Christi, this condo be available. Thank you for this great vacation.

Awesome property owners

First off let me say the owner of this condo does a great job at keeping it very clean and cute. Everything we needed was there and i had no issue at all with anything in the condo, was very happy. Only a few things i wasnt happy with that would fall on the property itself not the owners. The elevator wasnt working and yes its the 3rd floor. They have been out for a while, doesnt seem like its a priority to fix for them, i had my parents with me so the stairs were hard for them. They were also working on the roof right above us. Very noisy and were setting heavy crates on top of us which made us paranoid. The good thing was we werent there much since we were sight seeing. Those were the only issues and our point of contact was great at trying to resolve the construction issue which i was thankful for. The beach downstairs was ok but was preety deep after walking in a bit so we opted to go to shoreline beach because of our small children but it was only 8 minutes away. Aquarium and Lexington museum are super close so that was nice. Overall i would say this condo is nice, i worry a lot about cleanliness since i have small children but didnt have to worry about this at this location.

Poor Communication from On-Site Representative, Dirty Pools, Broken Elevator, Lots of Construction

Dirty appliances in the kitchen, Shampoo in the Conditioner Spout, Lockpad code not working, minimal water pressure throughout the unit, broken amenities (umbrella), missing items (only 1 chair was here), 1 small cooler / definitely not a large cooler, broken elevator in the complex. 1 pool working and it was FILTHY with garbage from the construction. Unreliable assistance to help with luggage and groceries due to broken elevator. All of my issues should have been things that were corrected prior to our check-into the unit. I'm also not on vacation to have to be following up every day for the next thing that is found to be broken, not available, or dirty - quite frustrating. Somebody did come today to fix the pressure which I appreciate - however I asked that no-one be in the unit while i was away but they sent someone in while I was away - would have appreciated the staff following my request to not be in the unit with my personal belongings while I wasn't here.
