Thanks for the review and sorry to hear the kitchen was lacking in certain supplies. This is something we can certainly address. Each condo is decorated to the owner's preference and advertised individually so we are sorry the paint color and wall choice was not to your liking. Thanks again!

Hello Peter, Thank you for taking your time to leave a review. It was nice having you. We appreciate your feedback and will pass this along to the owner. The windows were boarded up by the property managers, as we told you on the phone this is to prevent the windows breaking from the weight of the snow. Very common in Mammoth during the winter. Regarding the pantry items, curious what items you are mentioning as we can only stock the kitchen with basic items. Especially with Covid we cannot leave used open items in the pantry for all guests to share. Thank you, MRI TEAM

Hi Max- We are really sorry to hear that you didn't have a great experience in Mammoth with us. The time in which you arrived was definitely one of the coldest and busiest times of the year and we apologize that you were uncomfortable on your first night. One of the procedures housekeeping is in charge of doing before departing your unit after they clean is to turn the heat to 65 degrees, so I do apologize if it was not warm enough. When you called the office to ask for more blankets we gladly were able to deliver more to you. Unfortunately, the heaters do take a bit longer to heat up an entire unit, but if it was not warm enough, we would have gladly provided you guys with more space heaters. As far as the property management goes at Hidden Valley, it is a real shame that happened to you. I do understand the parking situation, it can be quite tricky since we did get a quite a lot of snow this year. I hope that your experience with your neighbors does not discourage you from coming and staying with us again. Please understand we do what we can to make your experience with us a memorable one, so don't hesitate to contact us directly if you are having any concerns. We really hope to see you again soon.

Thanks for your review and we are sorry to hear that you don't feel the unit can accommodate 4. As you mentioned the master bed has a queen bed to accommodate 2 and the pull out couch has a queen sleeper sofa to also accommodate 2 for a total of 4. The bed configuration is also listed in the listing details. I did note to housekeeping about there only being 2 towels as it should have been stocked with 4, next time feel free to give us a call during your stay so we can resolve that issue during your stay.
