When I got to the property, it was not clean. The backyard was not very good as there were people living in a back bedroom, and there was trash everywhere. Part of the fence was knocked down that they created a pathway. I had high hopes for this property as a good option while I was in town, but it was falsely advertised.
A very nice property and very quiet neighborhood and there was no air mattress just the box in the front closet and your hideaway bed very dirty we brought our own blankets and towels so thank you we enjoyed our stay
It was located in just the right area for us- we were 15-25 minutes to everything we wanted to see and do. The cleaning gal was finishing when we arrived, but we had tickets that afternoon for the WCWS, so we needed to unload and head to the ball park. The house is cute and worked great for us! Thank you!
The house was very nice just as pictured. Easy commute to downtown. Easy check in! Communication was a little slow with responses. There is just a few things we came across.. There is a back room locked which we had no idea of it was not listed in description. Kinda sketchy. HUGE spiders were found in restroom and in one of the bedrooms. Overall got us through the weekend stay.
The place was great. A few minor things that Culd use some looking after. Culd use a couple more towels, bedroom windows leak air and getting rid of the desk or get a smaller desk to allow for room in the one bedroom. Otherwise the place was warm and cozy. Yes if we go to Ok City again, we wuld rent it again. Very satisfied.

Hi Sheila, thank you for your feedback. We apologize for the delay in your check-in and any inconvenience it caused. Unfortunately, we were not notified of the issue by our cleaning team at the time. We’re working to improve communication with our staff to ensure this doesn’t happen in the future. We appreciate your understanding and hope to provide a smoother experience next time.
Disgusting house with NO RUNNING WATER!!!Check-in time was 4:00 pm, we arrived shortly before that (3:45ish) to a completely disgusting house (urine and toilet paper in the toilet, dirty dishes and towels out, junk everywhere) with no running water. There had been zero communication with us regarding the water situation prior to our arrival. We took pictures and then began to look for alternative accommodations. We texted our host the situation and told her we needed to be refunded as we were not provided the accommodations we had paid for.At 4:02 we left the house to go check-in to a hotel. At 4:07 the homeowner called us and tried to explain the situation and that a plumber was on their way but at this point we had already paid for a hotel so that we would not me homeless for two days.I told both the homeowner and the host that we would need them to process a refund for us.The following day I received an email from the homeowner that I would not receive. She stated that the water was back on by 4:07 (which is a lie because when I spoke to her at 4:07 by phone she told me that the plumber was on their way). There is also no way that in the 5 minutes after we left the property it had been cleaned.I am still waiting on her to do the right thing or am hoping VRBO will do the right thing and refund our money.

"We always want our guests to arrive at a clean, comfortable home, so we appreciate you sharing your feedback. After reviewing your comments, the homeowner would like to share the following:• A minor faucet repair had already been completed just before the 4:00 p.m. check-in time, and the water was briefly turned off at the meter as the final step before reopening the valve.• You arrived early, before the official check-in, while we were still on-site completing that step, and departed before allowing us to restore the flow.• Verified video taken within 30 minutes of the scheduled check-in confirms the home was clean, functional, and with running water. The homeowner communicated promptly and acted in good faith to address the situation. They take great pride in maintaining a well-kept, responsive property and always work to resolve any concern quickly and transparently."

Beautiful house and yard, only minor issues
This house is in a great neighborhood, it is beautifully decorated and mostly very clean, however there were Quite a few bugs inside the house. I did message the property manager and she explained that they had just sprayed and did offer to send someone out to spray again.
The biggest issue I had was a felt like the description was a little bit misleading. The description does say that the owner lives on the property in a completely separate unit, but really it’s just an attached room in the back of the house. there is a door next to the kitchen table (it looks like a window in the pictures of the property) that leads from where we assumed the owner would stay to the main part of the house. That door was locked, but only on the owners side, so, technically, they would have access to the main part of the house where we were at any time. We had no way to secure it from our side. We felt a little uncomfortable about that, but I think this problem could be easily remedied by putting a lock on both sides of the door.
One thing that is always a challenge on renting homes is the uncertainty of the kitchen set up.
Some have everything you could think of. And the next so minimal. Cooking utensils, silverware, pans, kitchen clothes, towels etc etc
Very nice home to stay in with family and pets! Quiet and safe neighborhood. Good size backyard and house is in good condition. Some parts of the fence are damaged and not fixed super great but otherwise great home.
it was nice to come back to the states and not be stuck with 2 kids in one room
It was nice to be in a place like home, and not a one-room hotel with 2 older kids and a dog, we're a military family and being stationed overseas (Japan) for 3 years
Wonderful home in a convenient area and quiet neighborhood. The whole process was easy from check in to check out. We would definitely stay again if we are ever in OKC
It was a good spot for a small family or group of 5-6. Great location in terms of OKC and Brickcity. The backyard was also very nice for the dogs. The water got shut off on the second day, but the lister is refunding us for that night. Life happens so we weren’t mad, and I appreciate the (pending) refund. Otherwise would have been a perfect stay.
Quiet neighborhood beds are comfy! The neighbor constantly parked behind us and made it difficult to get out of the driveway. Glared at us when we pulled up probably because my son in law is black. Not cool.

Suitable accommodations
House was clean upon arrival. Certainly enough space for 6-8 people. Open concept in the kitchen and family room area. Only concern is no lamps in living area or bedrooms. Not able to read in bed because you would need to keep the sealing light on. Also, could use more comfortable seating in living area. Nice quiet neighborhood!
Great location and size! We were attending a ball tournament and it was only minutes from the fields. Had 3 bedrooms and was perfect my husband and 2 kids.
