Centrally located in town and walking distance to all the amenities, including shops, eateries, the beach and the pub.

Well kept & modern, a large lounge area, dining area off to the side & overlooking the alfresco is the u-shaped kitchen. Perfectly positioned for passing out the sausages for the BBQ!

Great location

Great location . Close to everything, beach, pub and bakery, owner easy to deal with. Outdoor area great but would like it to be cleaned better. Cobwebs, dust and dog fur everywhere. Bbq needs an update. Overall, a great experience and would stay again

Great location, good for pets

Perfect location - so close to the Beach and the Hole in the Van coffee :). It had everything we needed for a mini break with my adult children and partners and dogs. Thankyou!

A fantastic stay!

Staying at the Merlot in Lancelin was amazing! The house was lovely and very homely and a great location for all of our family adventures. We would definitely recommend staying at the Merlot and will be back soon!
