Any complaints, disturbances, or breach of these rules may result in termination of booking, eviction, and forfeiture of all fees paid.

Only the registered number of guests on your booking may stay.
Extra guests are not permitted. Any unauthorised guests will result in eviction and forfeiture of fees.
No Leavers groups.
Property Use
Residential use only – no commercial activity, product sales, or illegal behaviour.
No washing cars, no tents, campers, or caravans on the property.
Please leave the home tidy and respected, as you found it.
Liability
Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay.
The Host is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings. Guests should arrange their own insurance if desired.
Any personal items left behind will be held for up to 2 weeks; after this, they may be disposed of at the Host’s discretion.

By booking and paying for your stay, you (the Guest) agree to this Rental Agreement. The Guest is the person named on the booking, and the Host is the person listed on the booking platform. This agreement applies to the property reserved and for the dates confirmed in your booking.
