This property was great for our 4 person family for a long ski weekend getaway. As other reviews note the condo is in a building with neighbors above and below, and you can really hear the upstairs neighbors, but it didn't really cause us any issues. The condo is very well equipped and very comfortable.
Everything was great and owner communicated well. Unit is in need of a new king bed.

Hi James, we take guest feedback seriously and passed your comments on to the homeowner who would like to share the following: - We're glad to hear you enjoyed your overall stay, but disappointed to hear your stay didn't fully meet your expectations and want to take a moment to address your concerns. - While we try to accommodate all guests' comfort, we're sorry the mattress didn't meet your preferences. It is important to note, that although the mattress is firm, we recently purchased a foam mattress topper for our guests added comfort. Again, we're sorry if it didn't meet your preferences. We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.
The property overall was very nice. Clean, spacious, good location......the only issue that we had is the noise from the unit above. Unfortunately the floor boards are very creaky and it made it hard to sleep near bedtime and in the mornings when people start getting up.
My mom and I loved the comfort of the condo. The only concern we had were the steps leading up to the condo. The carpet is coming up from the bottom and a grabbed my heels a couple of times. I have MS so it was difficult at times two contain my balance. However, the internal condo itself was absolutely amazing.
Very nice condo. People with any kind of physical limitations should not use the bathtub. Almost impossible to get out. Also, uneven tile in kitchen is dangerous and could be easily tripped over. Very clean and well furnished

Super cozy with everything you need
We've all had the experience of booking a place that is bare bones and you're not sure you can trust the carpet. This place was the exact opposite. So many extras everywhere for things you might not think of. We got groceries in Dillon prior to checking into the condo. There were things we forgot at the store that the condo had ready for us. Namely coffee filters and spices. They also had copious amounts of dishes and cookware, extra linens, extra pillows, and fans! There's so much more, but hard to name them all. The kids loved the "vintage" touch of the VHS tapes and VCR in their room. The bunk beds were a huge hit as well. It was also extremely clean. It was honestly like waking up in someone else's cozy home.
The location of the property is really ideal. There’s a wonderful view of the mountains, and it’s relatively close to many ski towns. Silverthorne has all that you’d need. So long as you don’t mind the windy road up to the condo, it’s great.Fran, the property owner, was kind and responsive. With that said, problems were not solved. The condo was fine. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils. The bathrooms were spacious. There is no closet in the master bedroom, just an armour, but no place to store bags and shoes.Overall cons: the carpet was stained and very worn. Neither TV was plugged in or would work when we arrived. I was given the number to call and get it fixed on my own. It didn’t work more than it did. The dishwasher was clogged and wouldn’t drain. It was never repaired during our stay. It’s VERY warm. There’s no cooling option. I was told to open a door or get a fan out of the closet. The walls are very thin. You can hear EVERY movement from neighboring tenants. We are thankful for our time in Colorado and that we had sufficient accommodations, but I don’t believe we’d choose to stay here again.

Hi Danielle, the right vacation home is everything, and we're disappointed this one didn’t fully meet your expectations. We followed up after reading your feedback and would like to share the following:- The carpet stains and wear have been reported to the cleaning team, and replacement is planned for high-traffic areas.- Both TVs should have been ready for use. It’s possible they were unplugged by a previous guest or during cleaning, and we’ll ensure this is checked moving forward.- Unfortunately, the dishwasher couldn’t be repaired during your stay due to holiday closures and the need for a Bosch-certified technician. We’ve since resolved this issue.- While there’s no A/C in the condo, fans are provided, and opening windows can help with airflow. Shared buildings may have some noise, but management can be contacted if it becomes excessive. We will look into other ways to mitigate external noise. We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.
We went up for a weekend of skiing and snowboarding. This place is quite charming. The kids loved the bunk beds and trundle, and that they got the jetted tub in “their” bathroom. The kitchen is spacious and open to the living room which was nice so we could all move around but still be together. It was easy to check in and out. The location is really close to everything, grocery stores, fast food and nicer restaurants, ski resorts, etc., but is still tucked away so you’re not in the bustle. Lovely, just lovely.

Great cozy stay with all the things
It’s clear that the people offering this place have been doing so for quite a while. They knew exactly what to have available throughout the condo, the kitchen had everything we needed, there were additional fans around the place. It seemed like every time I was wishing they had something, we found it.
We only had one situation where we couldn’t find something and Fran was extremely responsive through text so we got an answer right away without even having to call someone.
We were close enough to Silverthorne to go check out the town but far enough to enjoy the mountains properly. Also, the couches were so comfortable!
The clubhouse has three separate hottubs along with the pool, so even with a few other people in the area there was room to relax, and it has a game room with a couple of pool tables (they are coin op but there is a change machine with a card reader in the room).
This is definitely a place we are excited to return to!
We loved our stay at our cozy condo. The fireplace and the decor put us in a relaxed mountain state of mind. It was very comfortable.

Nice Condo but…
Came up for a long weekend to ski at Copper Mountain. The condo was clean, well-equipped and spacious enough for my husband and I and our two teen boys. The management company was easy to deal with and the designated contact person, Fran, was very friendly and responsive.
Unfortunately, the building was too noisy for us. You can hear all your neighbors above and below- including some who partied til the wee hours. Also, one evening, somebody’s dog barked for literally a couple of hours nonstop.
We had a wonderful stay here and met our needs. Worst part was you could hear every step the person above us made (creaking noises). Not a big deal til the middle of the night when I could hear them get up to use the bathroom! Or early morning when up and about at 7am! Otherwise very nice upgrades and comfortable stay. Had unfortunate experience with a water main break our last night there. But owner and rental company were quick to respond and help handle the situation!
The condo was updated with granite counters and nice fixtures. The furniture was very comfortable and in good condition. The fireplace had temperature settings and fan speeds. It was great to have a private en-suite bath for the main bedroom, and there was good space in the second bedroom. Both bathrooms were full baths. Kitchen was well stocked with glassware, tableware and cooking pots/pans/etc. Make sure you register your car as instructed--we did this and were fine. I did see others get their cars booted nightly. Management was responsive to texts.
Condo was nice size for our party of 2. We used bunk bed room for suitcases and changing clothes. Location was great. Property Manager was very responsive when we had issue with smoke alarm batteries needing to be changed. Furnishings a bit dated and have been well used.

Hi Sheri, we take guest feedback seriously and passed your comments on to the homeowner who would like to share the following:
-We are happy to hear you enjoyed the location and appreciated our fast action to replace the smoke alarm batteries.
-We wanted our decor to match the rustic, mountain setting. We are passionate about making a comfortable, cozy environment for our guests!
-We've remodeled and upgraded the condo, which includes: kitchen appliances, kitchen flooring and countertops, fireplace, windows, doors and trim, bathroom fixtures, and bedroom furniture. We are also assessing if the carpet needs replacing.
Thank you for your insight, and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again!
The code do was nice and as described. The clubhouse was a real disappointment. The pool was ver cloudy and the hot tubs were far from hot. I would estimate temperature of hot tubs was about 70 degrees. I realize this was not the fault of condo owner so my rating reflect the condo only.
Overall it was a very nice place, there were just the two of us so the extra bedroom was great to use for our suitcases and getting dressed. The bedrooms are tight so wouldn't recommend this for more than two people.
