This ground floor vacation rental condo is located at the LeVent Beach Resort Aruba, just a few steps away from the famous Eagle Beach. The veranda, stretching across the living room and bedroom, has a 2 chairs outdoor set to complete your open-air experience.

The open plan living area is provided with a large TV, a 3-seat sofa, 2 additional chairs, a 6-seat dining table, and a fully equipped modern kitchen with 4-barstools. This condo features a Keurig coffee maker (bring your own K-Cup to Aruba!). The entrance corridor lends access to a half bathroom. There is also an in-room washer and dryer available for your comfort. The bedroom has a king-size bed, a TV, built-in closets, an armchair, access to the veranda, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.

This unit provides you with 1,100 square feet of living space, a code-lock safety box, free unlimited WiFi, and two cable TVs (in the living room and in the bedroom). This unit is located on the ground floor. Sleeps 2 guests in 1 bed. Perfect for a couple or solo travelers looking for easy accessibility.

THE RESORT
LeVent Beach Resort Aruba offers a swimming pool, a separate large hot tub, a shallow pool area for the kids, and several sunny or shaded lounge areas to enjoy the tranquility of the resort. The beach access gate is only about 100 yards from Eagle Beach. Other resort facilities include a children's playground, a fitness room, an alfresco dining area with 2 BBQ grills with an ice machine, and a rooftop to enjoy Aruba's sunsets. On-site there is a spa: Blue Waters Day Spa. Ample free parking available within the 24/7 secured gated complex. Beach towels are provided for all of our Prestige guests upon check-in, and they can be exchanged once per day for no additional cost at our Prestige LeVent special desk in the lobby. Additionally, each of the LeVent rental properties managed by Prestige Vacations Aruba is also provided with its own portable beach chairs (stored away on the ground floor of the premises) and coolers that can be taken to the beach.
