We are back in business following the hurricanes!! The pictures show the new furniture, bed/sleeping arrangements, appliances and decor. It really is awesome!

Our 2-unit Beach to Bay cottage is located at 104 7th St S in Bradenton Beach.
It's a beautiful 2-UNIT 'Old Florida' style cottage......Great Views of the Beach & BAY..... JUST 100 FEET to the most stunning, sugar-sand beaches on the Gulf.

There are 2 side by side units at this cottage, which can be rented together or separately. They are mirror images of each other (with the exception of the extra BR).

1BR unit - Queen bed and queen lift up sofa bed.

2 BR unit - 2 queen beds ( 1 in each BR). Living room sectional also features a lift up queen sofa bed.

Come enjoy this casual, easy going island in the comforts of a beautiful island cottage. This is what vacations are made for. This isn't grandma's place with old nick nacks and beige walls. Open the windows, relax on the large front porch, take a walk down the beach, go for a swim, fish off the pier. Just relax and enjoy the place.

Gorgeous views of the Gulf waters and beach just 100 feet from the door, ....And, the bay is just 150 feet the other way at the end of the street. The island is only 300 feet wide! There is a neighborhood Dock right on the Bay at the end of the street that you can use.

The entire cottage has been redone. Spacious and open layout. Beautiful island feel. Gorgeous kitchens and baths! Cobalt blue floors! New Queen Beds. Surfboard bar. 40 inch flat-screens. FREE On-site laundry.

Private fenced courtyard with deck and BBQ grills. Patio furniture for outdoor dining, lounge chairs for sunning, and great porch furniture to relax and enjoy the island breezes.

We are located within easy walking distance of Historic Bridge Street with the pier, over a dozen restaurants and bars, shops, and even a new miniature golf course. All the restaurants are local, no chains and no fast food on the island. There are restaurants and bars on the main street, on the beach, and on the historic pier. Lots of outdoor dining.

Perfect location

We rented both sides of the unit for a family of 6, all adults. The units were actually more spacious than we expected, we had plenty of room. Showers and kitchens were modern and clean. Check in was very easy, communication with the owner was great. The walk to the beach really couldn't be easier, you do cross the road but traffic accommodates pedestrians all over the island. If ever in the area in the future, we will book this property again

Location to beach

Location, location, location it’s 2 minutes to the beach which is great however there is construction on 2 houses across the street and on Gulf road which you cross to go to the beach which makes a quiet vacation impossible. We rented the 2 bedroom. It was clean, everything worked as it should, well equipped kitchen and cute. The furnishings in the living area are in need of updating. The queen bed needs to be replaced. It has a low spot in the middle. The back yard is cute.

It’s a typical beach cottage, although the photo makes it seem like you can see the beach from the front door. The amenities were great: washer/dryer, air, beach equipment. No problem with no-see ums like places farther south. You do have to provide tp, Kleenex, soap, etc. We did have construction across the street and road work to contend with. The biggest negative is the living room furniture, which was very uncomfortable. Needs attention.

The Beach 2 Bay Cottage was wonderful! It had all the amenities we needed! My family and I rented both cottages so we had plenty of room. We went to the beach every day which was only a half a block away. There were chairs and a umbrellas in the shed. There were also pool and beach toys in the shed ! Tim and his family thought of everything! There were also two washers and a dryer in the shed for our convenience. The deck and grill out back were perfect for lazy long dinners and a chance to just sit and talk with family and friends . Walking the half block to the beach is also recommended each night to watch the beautiful sunsets! The front porches were great in the morning for watching the sun come up over the bay or just sitting there to talk and relax before heading to the beach . The houses are also in walking distance to all kinds of shops restaurants and the shuttles that take you all around the Anna Maria island for free! I give the Beach 2 Bay Cottages 5 stars for comfort and a quiet place to vacation! I wish I was back there now!

Cute little cottage duplex in a great location

My daughter's and I stayed in the 1bdrm unit. It was perfect for the three of us. Nicely decorated and a well cared for property! The cottage was literally less than one min walk to the bay (go see the sunrise)!! And less than a one min walk to the AMAZING beach (ohhhh those sunsets)!! PM Tim was also very responsive to any questions before and after arrival. The property has a some basic beach supplies (chairs, boogie boards, etc...) for tenant use. Nice bonus and they came in handy! I would recommend reserving/renting a beach canopy prior to your arrival. We tried, but most places were out of stock. Trust me....you'll need it! The property is also within a 5 min walk to the Anna Maria Bridge Street Pier. There you will find a few little shops and restaurants. My daughters visited the little coffee shop often for their latte's. Also, a five minute drive away is Coquina Beach, where on Wed & Fri they have a little "flea market" with all sorts of vendors selling clothes, jewelry....all sorts of items. One vendor had a stand of fresh fruits and veggies that looked really good! Overall, we had a fantastic vacation and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this property and on the island! I only wish the property allowed for early check-ins or an earlier check-in time (it's 5:00). One other thing...RENT A GOLFCART!! Totally worth it and a fun, easy way to get around the island!

Perfect location!

This cottage was the perfect fit for my family. We had both units, which was perfect for the 7 of us. The bay is to the left, and the beach is just across the street to the right. I have hip/leg issues, and it wasn’t a long walk at all. Very close to run back and forth if you need to. It definitely has that beach vibe. Loved the floors! No complaints from us!!

Stress-free Getaway

This was the perfect property for our weeklong getaway! We loved that we could just walk across the street and be at the beach! We enjoyed relaxing on the porch in the morning with our coffee. The bed was very comfortable, the pillows could have been a little bigger, but overall we slept well. We will definitely stay again.

My wife and I, along with my parents, have owned vacation cottages on the island since 1999. We started with Bill's Historic Fish Camp Cottages, located right on the BAY, and in the heart of all the best island activities.

Over a number of years, we completely renovated the historic 1939 cottages, saving them from certain demolition. All while going back and forth from our home in Minnesota. Guests have loved these unique cottages. We are known for reusing or repurposing just about any unique item.

And, then we took on the task of renovating this classic Old Florida style cottage. Great structure that need some love. Over the course of a year, we produced this COOL and Uniquely designed Beach to Bay Cottage.
