Sandy Adventures is a double story holiday home with ocean glimpses located in Callala Beach.

This home is the perfect location to relax, unwind and enjoy the beach alongside the company of your family, friends or even furry friends. Located upstairs on the glorious balcony is table and chairs, making this the ultimate spot to enjoy your morning coffee while admiring the amazing views that Jervis Bay have to offer.

There is room to bring the whole family along to this beach get away with there being the perfect location for a teenage retreat or room for a couple / second family located downstairs.

The double story brick home is the prime spot to be over summer, being such a short stroll to the pristine waters you will not want the holiday to end.

Property Features

Downstairs has a private setting with a bed, lounges as well as separate bathroom, television and aircon making this a comfortable place to relax after a long day in the sun. The laundry also located downstairs containing a washing machine and dryer for your convenience on the longer stays or unforeseen weather conditions.

Upstairs has room for the whole family to enjoy with 3 bedrooms, large main bathroom with bath, shower and separate toilet. The lounge room consists of sofa seating for 8, a Telstra box, Xbox for the children and assorted DVDs. The kitchen has ample storage space suitable for all families overlooking the dining area containing a rustic setting with seating for 6. The dining leads to an outdoor balcony at the rear of the house with a large back yard containing ample space for the kids to play. The kitchen has everything you will need for your stay, equipped with an oven, dishwasher, stove cooktop, microwave, family sized fridge, double sink and Caffitaly coffee machine. There is ducted air conditioning and Wi-Fi connectivity upstairs this home offers comfort for all who stay. In addition to all this, the property contains bikes and various beach toys for guests to enjoy. arcade games machine
