Great place!

We love staying at the Commodore because we love the location and enjoy the smaller crowds at the beach. The property manager, Gerald, was super helpful and quick to resolve our only issue which was the ice maker in the refrigerator wasn’t making ice at first when we arrived. He was quick to respond and told us how to reset it and the problem was solved! The room also has a pull-out couch that was great for my littles to sleep on. Plenty of space in this unit and a nice large balcony. It was a great week for our family, and we would absolutely stay here again in the future!

Great stay

We had beautiful weather every day. The beach area was well kept and the gentleman that handled the chair service was exceptional. Condo 201 has a great layout with plenty of space for our family. It was clean on arrival as was all the whole building. We had an issue with the dryer that was handled as quickly as possible by the management group. Condo could use a few additions to the kitchen stock in the way of folks and glasses but all and all we loved our stay and will probably rebook here again. Must try Hunts and dat Cajun place when in pcb hands down best to eating places.

Great getaway

Nice location, huge balcony, and lots of updates. With that being said lots more of updates need done. There were holes in the walls and peeling from the ceiling. Some tvs worked some didn't. The beds were nice and comfy. Overall it was a nice place to getaway for the week.

Great location, but needs accurate photos

Pros: Location! Major plus for this unit. Pool area and the beach are also top notch. Cons: First major negative was the inaccuracy of the photos. Most notably was the furniture. Photos showed nice leather sofas. Reality was a couch that reminded me of college, stains all over it and the ottoman. The arm of the couch was broken and dangling. It was so bad that if you pushed it with a pinky finger, it would dangle. All of the other furniture in the living/dining room was also different from the photos. Photos being different from the actual furnishings wouldn’t be a huge deal if they were the same quality. We would have never rented a condo with the couch having an arm falling off. Second major negative was the bedding. Our pillows didn’t have pillow cases, and we found blood stains on them and the sheets. Third major negative was the moldy washing machine. It’s a front load washer, and if you don’t leave it open to air, mold forms. When you open the washing machine in the condo, the ring sealing the door has extensive mold ALL around it. Gross. We couldn’t do laundry which was an inconvenience. Overall, this unit has everything it needs to be a great condo that we would love to come back to multiple times a year, but it’s missing good management that cares for the details.

Needs some money dumped into it!

Location of this unit is awesome. Pool and hot tub were nice and views were perfect. This unit needs some money dumped into it. The bedding is old and warn. The mattress pads had the indentation of other people’s bodies worn into it. They were horribly uncomfortable and we had the worst nights sleep. The furniture is not what is pictured on the listing. It was stained and dirty!! The dishwasher stunk and was not secured. We got and error code and maintenance said it needed a new pump and not to use it. The property manager said to use it anyway. We were not provided with a single dish pod. When I asked property manager she did not respond. Biggest issue was the dryer vent was not attached to the outside vent. The unit became very humid and lint was all over. This could have been very dangerous if we had gone to bed with the dryer going. I noticed the property manager and she said they would sent maintenance. Not sure if they did because we left that day. Coming home with bags of wet laundry! They do not supply dish soap. Mold in the showers. Kitchen and bathroom faucets are very loose. Do not touch the curtains. They are old and very dusty. All the screens on the sliders were off, we put them back on. They don’t slide very well and neither do the doors. The floors were swept, but not sure the last time they were washed. Everyone’s socks were black. Other than the location, I would not stay in this unit!! Security was very nice and we felt safe.

Great Location

Everything was as listed and shown in pictures. Spacious rooms and kitchen was well stocked. Everything worked. We enjoyed the view from the balcony and not having the extra noise from the pool. Gerald was great to call us before we arrived and met us and the condo door. He also told us to call him directly if we needed anything. It was a great vacation.

Fall at the beach

Great location, plenty big enough for the 5 of us. Decor was nice and had enough cookware to easily cook. Grounds were neat and clean and staff was friendly.

Great Location

The location was exactly what we wanted! The unit was a great size and our kids loved the larger balcony. The only issue was cleanliness and broken things in the unit. The dishwasher didn't work & the shower doors were off track. The washing machine had mold in it. Last thing is that the unit did not have a broom and dust pan guests could use to sweep unit. I think these are easy fixes so I would definitely staying in this unit again.

Girlfriends relax

The property was perfect for a short getaway. We had everything we needed for cooking and relaxing. The property managers were quick and efficient when we called to get a drain unclogged. It was a great time and we will be back.

Pros: great views, very easy access, gate guy was wonderful, condo was perfect- 3 bedroom, 3 bathrooms!! Patio/porch was amazing. Ocean was clear and beautiful. Pool was nice. Access to the building was clean and easy to use, no waiting. Lots of attractions close to condo. Must do— Sea Scream! Super close to condo. Cons: dishwasher smelled horrible. Washer had mold you could see and made our clothes smell.

Spring break 2022

The condo was wonderful, everything was perfect. The condo location is about 20 minutes East, down the shore from the crazy spring break crowds. The condo had everything we needed, from dishes to pots and pans, and comfortable beds to bathroom towels, everything was covered. The most amazing part of this second floor condo was the huge wraparound balcony, we spent several hours watching sunsets and waves crashing in. Thank you for this wonderful time, your team did a great job. - Note: Condo did have some minor structural issues (plaster problem in the master bathroom ceiling, screen doors popped off easily when opening and closing, and some of the outlets needed to be updated), but considering the unpredictable elements these buildings face it was very easy to look past. I only bringing these small issues up because it is such a wonder condo to be shared by all. We were there for fun in the sun and that is what we got.

My Birthday Weekend

It was my birthday weekend..And it was perfect..Check in was a easy..The view was amazing..The space was clean and spacious.. The place came with a nice welcome basket and two bags ,beach chairs, a set of beach chairs rentals..even with the rain the first two days the beautiful sunset made every evening.. The host was amazing and easy to contact.. I can’t wait to go back..My family and I very enjoyed ourselves..Thanks for making my birthday relaxing and enjoyable.. Highly recommend

Highly recommend staying here. The service was top notch, the views were amazing, and the condo was spacious. It was a 30 second walk to the beach, or you take a dip in the heated pool or hot tub. It was the perfect getaway spot for our family!

Perfect Girl's Trip

This condo was perfect for our girl's trip. The place was clean and the balcony had a great view. Just wished for more trash bags, liquid hand soap, dish soap, and dishwasher tablets. Easy access to the beach and pool. Loved that there were shopping carts to bring up groceries! We would definitely rent this condo again!

Ladies trip

Very enjoyable experience. Everything was clean and just what we needed for our trip. The only issues we had were all TVs in each room had issues….either no sound, or not working at all. We did not report since we had a short trip and we’re not there to watch TV. Did not really like the older elevators. Only two and One was being worked on and had to wait a long time. Everything else was great!
