Includes Beach Service for 2 with umbrella and Maximum capacity is 8 adults during season May-October only. Must be 25 years old to book.

Our unit is conveniently located at the 'quiet' end of Thomas Drive -adjacent to St. Andrews State Park. Fine restaurants, championship golf courses, and charter boats are all close by.

This unit has updated and is over 1400 square foot with 3 bedrooms/3 baths-Sleeps 8. The unit has a massive 300 square foot gulf front balcony which provides our guest with a Magnificent view of the ocean and beach; we must not forget-the most stunning sunsets on the beach! Also, includes complimentary beach service, during the season, with 2 with chairs, cushions, and umbrella (Mar-Oct).

The unit has an over-sized private master king suite with large closet, private master bath and a breath taking gulf-front ocean view with private balcony entrance. This king master suite has a seating area, 42inch flat screen TV and Blu-Ray player.

It has an additional king gulf-front bedroom with private bath, large walk-in closet, private balcony entrance with full ocean views. 42 inch Flat Screen TV, Blu-Ray Player, and seating area for reading or relaxing.

One guest bedroom with bay view window with two queen beds, large walk-in closet, seating area and 42 inch flat screen TV and guest bath.

Large remodeled kitchen with bay view window with lots of cabinets And New Samsung appliances includes: stove, microwave, refrigerator/ice maker, dishwasher, front-load washer/dryer and nicely equipped with new small appliances, utensils, & cookware (with lots of extras).

Dining room area with comfortable seating for 9 dining room table seats six plus three at the eat-in dining area bar.

Living room with sofa, love seat, chair and 55 inch flat screen TV with Blu-Ray Player, and full gulf-front ocean view. Free WiFi Internet and cable TV with HBO and stocked with movies and books for your entertainment.

Includes all linens and starter paper supplies with rental.

We have also provided coozies, cooler, beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys, etc. for use during your vacation.

Also, we have provided a pack n' play and portable booster/high-chair for use by the guests if your vacation includes small children.

Check-in time is 3 pm or after--Check-out time is 10 am CST.

Maximum 8 guests and 2 parking passes for vehicles during peak summer months; sometimes in non-peak seasons - sometimes we can get permission for 3 parking passes.

No one under the age of 25 will be allowed to register...all rental guests, under the age of 25, must be married or supervised on the property at all times by parent or legal guardian.

No Smoking or Vaping allowed EXCEPT in designated areas in the paved parking lot- see below:

All areas are restricted from smoking or vaping (fenced pool area, spa deck area, unit balconies, units, breezeways, walkways, stairways, landings, picnic area and all grassy areas) except paved parking lot. No Smoking or vaping in condo or balconies at any time.

24 hours on-site security.

$79.00 for damage protection insurance will be added to your rental rates. If you prefer you can choose the $300.00 Security Deposit instead of property protection (refundable within 15 business days from departure providing no damages are found within the condo). Specify preference at time of booking. The additional fees will be added at time of booking based on your choice of protection for the rental unit.

$200.00 cleaning fee per stay
$75.00 parking & resort fee per stay

Pets are NOT allowed by any guest.

Seasonally-heated Swimming Pool with Lounge Chairs,
Hot Tub, and Kiddie Pool from 9am-10pm daily. No lifeguard on duty.

Beautiful condo, great location

We've been vacationing to PCB for years and this condo was the best we've had by far. The condo was beautifully decorated and furnished. The condo was clean and the kitchen had all you need for your stay. We felt very "at home" while staying here. The location is great...the quieter end of Thomas drive right near St Andrew's Park.

Great Place - Highly Recommend!

We are completely enjoyed this property. It is updated, clean, beds are very comfortable and it has all the amenities needed for a fun stay. The view is amazing and we loved seeing the pelicans fly by. The property and beach are perfectly located for a family friendly experience. The beach isn’t crowded and the beach chairs and umbrella that come with the condo are so convenient. We loved waking on the beach to the nearby state part pier, snack shop and to local stores. It has all the benefits of being in a beach city while not being on the strip and avoiding the traffic and crowds. We will definitely be coming back! Thanks Vicky!

Pictures viewed on line were accurate. Beautiful condo exactly as appears in photos. All the required kitchen supplies provided (i.e. pots pans, silverware, etc.). Comfortable beds. Difficulty understanding TV carrier options, but who needs TV with the gulf view. Will return next year.

Beautiful Condo

We had a great trip to Panama City. The condo and weather were beautiful. Vicki was quick to respond to our questions, and The Commodore is located in a quiet part of PCB. The kitchen was very well stocked, and the place was just like the pictures. More trash bags and toilet paper would have been nice. Also, there was no laundry detergent and only one pod for the dishwasher. Plan to bring or buy these items.

Absolute Perfection

Best condo hands down! This was our second stay in this unit. This condo is stocked better than any other condo we have ever stayed in and we have been coming to the beach for 20+ years. Vicki has thought of everything. The rooms are spacious, lush bathrooms and the kitchen is to die for! But my favorite part of the whole condo is the full size washer and dryer! Can't wait to return again next year, this condo is absolute perfection! Thanks for everything Vicki!

Ideal stay at The Commodore

We enjoyed a perfect stay at The Commodore over our fall break. The unit was exactly as pictured and described. We have stayed at many different units, and this one was, by far, the most well stocked! We did not cook much, but there was everything we could have possibly needed to make all of our meals at the condo. I also could not get over all of the beach stuff! She had it all covered! The unit was set up perfectly for our family plus grandparents, and the large dining table, bar, and outdoor seating was much appreciated! There was plenty of room for everyone! Check in and all communication was seamless, and we will recommend this unit to anyone we know looking for a place to stay in PCB!

We purchased this beautiful unit at The Commodore in October of 2013. This purchase fulfilled a life long dream to become home owners at 'The World's Most Beautiful Beach'! We have had a lifetime love for the beach and this past year we were richly blessed as we became owners of our very own ocean front home.

We would love to share our home away from home with our family and friends. We would like to invite other families to come and share this family oriented atmosphere and abounding beauty as well.

We have traveled to this beach 4-6 times a year and this just wasn't enough! So with our new ownership, this would allow us to visit more often and and enjoy this beautiful beach when we retire.

We are all-around beach lovers and have visited many islands and countries that had beaches which included many areas in the Carribean and Hawaii - but to our amazement, this is still one of the Most Beautiful Beaches in the world!

This unit is located in one of the most beautiful, tranquil areas on the beach. The Commodore is a well-equipped complex with lost of amenities and we fell in love with it and sure you will too! It's convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, and easy navigation to all the hot spots around the area!

What makes this property unique

24 hour Security.....Located on the quiet end of Thomas Drive on Panama City Beach....near St. Andrews State Park. Family environment, clean/neat grounds, well-maintained, and only 130 units in the complex! Very, very beautiful area with magnificent views of ocean and bay - stunning sunsets - and within walking distance to State Park.
