It’s beachfront living—without the hassle.

This side of the beach doesn't get as rowdy as other parts, it is quiet, relaxed and where the locals prefer to hang out! Ask around and they will all tell you the east side is the best side! You are still really close to everything PCB has to offer, plenty of restaurants and shopping are close by. The bay is a special place to hop on the Sea Screamer or grab dinner and it is less than 5 minutes away. Saint Andrews is a great place to get your walk or run in, or hang out at the pier, watch the ships come into the bay or take the ferry to shell island.
