This inn opened in November 2020 and boasts a spacious kitchen and bathroom
It is a 7minute walk from Kyoto Station Hachijo Exit and an 11minute walk from Toji Temple making it very convenient for sightseeing
Its a 3minute walk to the shopping mall making it easy to go shopping and the kitchen is equipped with a 3burner gas stove and grill as well as basic cooking utensils hot plates and tableware so its recommended for those who like to cook is
A washing machine is also available making it ideal for longterm stays

Please note that there will be noise as it is along the railroad tracks Thank you for your understanding

We really enjoyed our stay in Kyoto. The house was close to the station which was very convenient. There were a few good restaurants close by as well. We really enjoyed the beds in the house. They were the best beds we encountered on our trip in Japan. We also really enjoyed the convenience of the washer dryer combo. My only regret is that we didn’t get to stay longer.

Great location!

The accommodations were exactly as advertised and met our expectations. The amenities included such as washer/dryer and a large bath area were a welcome addition. The location was fabulous; close to the train, shopping and entertainment. The only odd item of note was that bedding was not provided for all beds and none could be found. This slight omission (one bed out of 4 was missing bedding) did not damper our overall experience. Considering this was our first international trip, this was a definite win!

A stay in Kyoto

The property is easily accessible from Kyoto Station and near a large mall for shopping opportunities. The home is extremely clean and includes all the necessities for a comfortable stay. We had not received our access code by the time we arrived in Kyoto, but the property manager quickly responded and resolved the issue. Guests may notice increased train noise during the morning hours as there is a station near the home. Overall, a very comfortable home that was perfect for spending a few nights in Kyoto.

The location of the house could not have been better for us. Easy stroll to a Family Mart, major Aeon mall with a full grocery store inside, and Kyoto station. The appliances, bathrooms and laundry were all up to date and not needing laundry soap was a welcome touch. Having a good translation app did make it easier to understand how to operate everything. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The stairs to the 2nd floor would be quite challenging for anyone with mobility issues and being close to railway tracks means you will hear the trains. The only thing lacking was butter knives. We ended up buttering our toast with the back of a spoon. Despite that little quirk we really enjoyed our stay.
