Bohemia Heights is your little cairns sanctuary. Just 1.2 km from Cairns city centre, Bohemia Heights offers a charming retreat only a 15-minute stroll from the heart of the city. This spacious apartment features two generous bedrooms with built-in robes, an open-plan kitchen and living area perfect for entertaining, and an on-site swimming pool. While not a modern build, this cosy space is rich in character and personality.
Designed to comfortably accommodate four, the apartment blends new furnishings with sustainably sourced, upcycled pieces, creating a unique and inviting atmosphere. The private balcony is a highlight—a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the local vibe.
Through our in-house travel agency, Cozie Travel, our experienced team can assist with booking tours throughout Cairns and Australia or arranging car hire. Whether you need trip planning or just honest advice, we’re here to help.

Check-In Form & ID: All guests are required to complete a check-in form and present valid ID upon arrival. This is for security and registration purposes. Please note that we provide a starter amenity kit that includes a few essentials for your convenience, but for longer stays, you may need to go shopping to re-stock.

No Unregistered Guests: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No unregistered visitors are permitted inside the property.
This property has a strict no party, no smoking, and no pet policy. Any breach will result in immediate cancellation or eviction.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM via self check-in with a key safe.
Check-out is before 10:00 AM. Unauthorised late check outs may incur a fee. Please follow the check out instructions sent to you and make sure you are familiar with where to leave your keys.
Guests may be charged for additional housekeeping if the property requires extra cleaning time.
Guests will be charged for replacing lost keys or fobs as well as a call out fee, if required.
Any smoking inside the property will result in charges to have the property professionally deodorised and furniture and carpets steam cleaned.
Cancellation Policy: Our cancellation policy is firm. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover your trip in case of emergencies, illness, extreme weather, etc. Any refund requests outside of our cancellation policy will be declined. We are happy to provide documentation to your travel insurance company to help expedite your claim.
