A pleasant ferry ride to the city centre, close to train, bus and local amenities. NO AIRCONDITIONING. Will accomodate up to 4 people on request at an extra charge of $50 pp/pn. The sofa bed will be made up accordingly. If only 2 people and sofa is required there is a charge of $50 for the extra linen and make up of sofa bed. Please advise in advance. THE SAFE DOES NOT WORK. Pool towels are NOT SUPPLIED. Absolutely NO PARTIES, NO LOUD NOISE OR DISTURBANCES AND NO SMOKING.

PLEASE NOTE: there will be no parking access from Monday 8 to Wednesday 18 September due to urgent repairs to the entry driveway. During this time guests will be required to checkin PRIOR TO 6PM. Please see photos for notice with full details.

The second lift should be completed and operational from 15th August 2025, which will mean 2 new lifts in operation.

There’s also a stunning view also from the bedroom where you have a comfortable Queen sized bed and lots of wardrobe space.

The bathroom is complete with a bathtub.

Parking is in front and rear of building plus there is a 4 level undercover carpark - first in best dressed.

Laundries are on all odd numbered levels, so best use level 15 unless in use.
$3 wash $3 dryer - takes $1 coins.

Dispose of garbage in the laundry rooms which is the room in front of the lift with the level number on it.
