The space
The living area, plus each bedroom is fitted with its own individual reverse cycle air con, so it's nice and cosy in the Canberra cold winter months, and nice and cool in the summer months.

Bathroom 2: Shower, toilet, washing machine, condenser dryer
Kitchen: equipped with large fridge & freezer, electric stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine (Nespresso compatible capsules), and of course cooking utensils.
Dining: table sits 6 people comfortably, and can be used as a laptop friendly working space / desk as well.
Living: couch, chair, coffee table, smart TV with Netflix and other apps, as well as free-to-air TV channels.
There is high-speed WIFI throughout the house (NBN 100), the TV is also connected to internet.
