Hi, I am away working overseas so often, it seemed a shame that a home I have put so much into should be left unenjoyed.
Why they chose this property
My home is actually two completely independent three bedroom homes, one atop the other. I have listed Sawtell Ocean Serenity, the top house, because it has beautiful balconies and views while still having full access to the large pool and pool area.
The lower home is typically untenanted, with very occasional usage by a writer in residence, who keeps very much to himself.
