Good Property with easy access to beach

My stay went well and we really enjoyed this property. You can easily access the beach and there are plenty of eateries near by. Only concerns was that I did have to do some cleaning (particularly in the bathrooms) when I arrived. We also encountered ants in and outside the property. Linens and towels are not provided not unless you pay the extra fee, but this wasn’t an issue for us since I felt more comfortable using our own. Overall, this was a good property and had good spacing for a family of 4.

Misleading ad

The photo is not the unit and its listed with a balcony/appears to be 2 floors but it was not. Disappointed with the layout for sure. Feel mislead. The unit itself wasn't the problem but it did not work for our group. Had I known it was only 1 floor, would not have rented.

Great memories were made; great place to stay-not so much!

House was so disappointing. Crumbs on bed, mold in shower and garbage and piles of dust under furniture; moisture/water under pull out couch bed along with super dated and stained kitchen chairs. I had to place a towel on chairs before sitting on them. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. Things were available such as cooking tools and location was ok. I will not be back to this location. We came as a group and so many friends stayed in places that far surpassed this one. Time to get a new cleaning lady as well as update to 2021! Not impressed one bit with this stay; even my children requested a new place to stay next trip to ocean city! Considering how much we paid, I’m so disappointed. I would not recommend this location to any friends or family!

Thank you for sharing your experience during your stay. If you encounter unsatisfactory cleaning or unit conditions in the future, please let the rental agency know. We would have documented the issues and sent the cleaning crew back to address any deficiencies. While the cleaning supervisors are able to put eyes on many cleanings each week, they are not able to get to all. We do depend our guests to let us know if they encounter a cleaning issue. We regret the issues you experienced.

Review

Place was nice. Trash was under the bed when we arrived and floors were soaking wet. Other than that no complaints. Enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pool with family.
