One-Bedroom Sky Suite with Wraparound Terrace: Expansive light-filled one-bedroom suite of nearly 900 square feet is located on the private 17th floor. The meticulously designed interiors feature mid-century modern furniture, Sony LCD televisions, and a concealed mini-kitchen with a convection oven, microwave, and Sub-Zero refrigerator drawers. The luxurious one and half bathrooms are clad in limestone. The master bath features a spa shower for two. The penthouse is surrounded by a wrap-around terrace with a wood-burning fireplace, lounging and dining area, and breathtaking city views.

Please note: housekeeping is once a week.

Pet information:
Dogs up to 30 lbs. are allowed; maximum of 2 non-service dogs; $500.00 non-refundable cleaning fee in addition to having to sign the pet addendum. Service animals with documentation stay at no charge but still must sign the pet addendum
