The apartment is a suite that can accommodate up to 3 people. <br>The bedroom and living room are in the same space, with no wall or partition separating them.<br> The beds are arranged side by side.<br><br>Furnishings:<br>1 double bed<br>1 single bed<br>wardrobe <br>split-system air conditioner<br>minibar<br>bookshelf with flat-screen TV<br>coffee table with chairs<br>microwave<br>hair dryer<br><br>cable TV and Wi-Fi provided by the apart-hotel. <br><br>On the rooftop, there is a recreation area with ocean views and adult and children’s pools. <br><br>ATTENTION:<br><br>1- The apartment does NOT have a kitchen. It only has a microwave and some utensils for those who wish to buy food elsewhere and eat it in the apartment. <br><br>1- Cleaning and bed and bath linens are included in the daily rate.<br><br>2- Breakfast is NOT included in the daily rate. You can have breakfast and pay for it separately at the apart-hotel’s restaurant, located on the ground floor, or prepare it in the apartment. <br><br>3- The apart-hotel does NOT have a car park. Parking is available on the pavement in front of the apart-hotel and/or in the small square across the street. However, it is safe because it is within sight of the front desk, which is staffed 24 hours a day.
