Overall good place. Building elevators awful however, whoever programmed them needs to go back to school. There were absolutely zero pantry items, so if staying a while you'll have to shell out for those as well.

Hyde beach

The property and front office staff were friendly and helpful. The booking was difficult with multiple requests for the same information. The unit was dirty with unclean appliances and not adequate supplies for a week stay. The amenities were nice however we were bag searched coming in and out of pool area like we were criminals, and the restaurant and bar did not stay open long enough for the rules to be so strict. Front office and valet were best part of stay, very friendly and helpful during a difficult booking

The condo itself was great. The views were awesome and the condo is very spacious. However, the building and the management are why I wouldn’t book this property again. The elevators were a daily source of stress and frustration…constantly unavailable or overpacked due to whatever issue is causing inadequate operation. The pool management did absolutely nothing to enforce their policies regarding other guests playing loud music as well of groups of kids playing catch often resulting in other guests being hit with the ball or run into. We were refused beach service on two separate occasions by the property…unable to provide us with towels, chairs and umbrellas that we payed for via the daily resort fee. (Yes, there is an additional charges at check in) Overall, some of the amenities and essentials they mention on the property page as being included with initial rental fee are then required to be paid for in the daily resort fee. (Ex. Pool, towels, internet/wifi)

NICE VIEW BUT HOT CONDO!

The property was a little above average. Nice view from the 32nd floor. However, the air conditioning was not working properly. It was hot in the condo pretty much all the time. Very uncomfortable to sleep! All in all I give the condo and the property an average rating (3).

Be prepared!

To pay extra charges, to wait hours fir the elevators, to face a crowded gym and an overcrowded pool. Employees are disrespectful and management of the building does not care. Towels and linens are a joke! The apartment is nice but the management of it is poor.
