Listing description
Aalen 2 Lakeview 3BR is the combination of the Studio and Suite listings. Please note that the living area in the Suite area is satisfactory for 4, but a bit small for 6, so not suitable for indoor play of small children. The outdoor area is helpful, but if you are confined indoors, this property may not be suitable for you.There is ample outdoor space including the garden, lakeview BBQ area and access to a quiet reserve. The large Studio lounge/kitchen area complements the lounge/dining area of the Suite, allowing generational separation. Check the living area photos to confirm the space is suitable for your group. A full kitchen and laundry with washer, dryer, dishwasher etc is available. As the Studio has its own kitchenette you will have use of 2 full fridges.

My husband and I, both retirees, live upstairs and are availble to answer your questions. Access is by digital key combination, so there is no need for face to face meeting. However, I love meeting my guests and may invite you for breakfast or a beverage on the upstairs verandah if we are around. We also have a super friendly chocolate labrador called Libby. I will leave treats for you to give her. As she is still more or less a puppy, we request you not to bring your own pets. The gardetn would be destroyed by exuberance.

Why they chose this property

Aalen 2 Lakeview is part of the Aalen Accommodation strata block. It has been recently renovated leaving it clean, fresh and cosy with double glazing and modern heating. Aalen 1 has been available for holiday rental for over 10 years. The feedback we have is that the location is brilliant. You can walk easily to the shops, lake and restaurants. Although in the middle of town, Aalen is in a residential quiet zone. Higher up on Gippsland St there are many lodges and cramped parking. However, at the bottom of the hill with off street parking for 2 cars, Aalen wins the location stakes above all those properties.
