This cosy cottage has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and laundry and an open plan living and dining space, ensuring you have everything you need for a relaxing time away with family and/or friends.

There are two TVs in the house with a Smart TV in the main living area and a second TV in the bedroom which offer DVD viewing or gaming options and there is a selection of movies to choose from (No free to air TV channels on 2nd TV). WIFI is also provided for your usage.

A reverse-cycle heating and cooling split system in the open living/dining area plus a wood fire ensures you won't go hot or cold.

The back deck is a great place to kick back and relax and if you're lucky enough, the local parrots and kookaburras may pop in for a visit and they love to be fed.

In winter, head to the snow and spend a fun filled day skiing, snowboarding or tobogganing with the kids, before returning to Ash's Lodge to cook up a storm and enjoy re-living the tales and special moments of the day around the dinner table.

In summer, head out to one of the local swimming holes for a splash around or simply sit on the back deck and listen to the Delatite River flow, cook a BBQ and relax with a nice cold drink.

Large comfortable house close to Mt Buller

Large house within 25 mins to Mt Buller so great for a snow trip and recovery at home after a long day on the slopes.

Good location. Affordable to stay overnight for snow trip.

Clean and well equipped. Great location. Quite cheap to stay overnight for snow trip. But the entrance of the house is a bit hard to find after sunset.
